sawyer, saw your post on land use. right on. all these land closures are going to make us outlaws on our land. what a bunch of b.s. its only a matter of time before some jerk off from idaho will sponsor a bill like testers. we have to many small groups fighting for us, we need to combine and have one voice, like the sierra club and wilderness society. we are asked to join numerous organizations to protect our rights and they do a good job, but we need one large group that everyone has heard of.

crap! I am home from a week at priest. did the slipery rocks at lion creek, skiied a ton, fished a bunch, rode bikes with my dad for likely the last time and had a great time. I am bummed the week is over.

Also, we came across a medical emergency at the launch. Apparently some guy got a fish hook in the mouth. But nothing two cops, one full size firetruck, and an ambulance couldn't handle.
