wow..three days ago my sled quit...Ted flew up to the Yukon right away...took a chopper in to my broke down sled where i was waiting for him 560 miles off closest highway(ended up a shorted tailight wire),helped me skin twenty martin,three moose,16 wolves,11 foxes..build two birch bark canoes and track a smelly sasquatch and then he left and didn;t charge me a dime..so im damm happy with him...!!!!!!!!

Still no sled or phone call. Heard the turbo guy got his sled back. Guess if you get a turbo kit you get in front of everyone and get treated like gold. Should have got a turbo. Would have had it months ago if I got the same time frame that dude got!

No doubt he does good work, he just has a scheduling problem. I know it's hard to turn customers away but you have to if your too busy.

I guess I'm just confused as to how a business owner can call a customer, tell him his motor should be ready to ship in a day or two, TAKE HIS MONEY, and then screw him around for another month (as of now) with absolutley no contact or explaination. I'm gonna go get a

Ok, true! But he did receive my motor in July, so I'm up to a 6 month wait as well. But, he said he couldn't get sleeves and pistons, so I guess that time dosen't count. You win!

i took my bmx there and he installed high performance air in the tires! man does it rip... get off you azzes and go see him instead of b itchin about it. and dont give me the i live 3hrs away crap!!! if you really cared, you would go see him face to face!!!

Well I live 14 hours away. Giving that he won't answer any calls who's to say I drive all that way and he's not home? Guess it sucks to be me.

The first rule of buisness is to make good on your word, period! I have a small Harley/Sled repair shop that I have operated (along with working a 40+ hr. per week job)for the last 14 years. I don't care what it takes I make good on my word to my customers. If I have a family commitment I will make good on it then it's off to the shop to make my word true. As far as parts they can be a real nitemare sometimes.When I take a persons money for a job my first prioriy is to get the parts that I need ordered up so I don't have any back order surprises at the last minute.As far as getting a set of cylinders plated there are many reputable shops that do it so if someone is backlogged go to the next one.It is guys like this that give small shops a bad name, and it pi$$e$ me off to no end to see it happen.So Ted from one to another get off of your f!@#$%g A$$ and get these guys on the snow!!!!

You should start building sleds !!!!! you could get a lot of customers off this post alone.

Dude, have you been reading these posts? I went to his shop to talk to him Face to Face. He wasn't there and I left him a note on his shop door. No call. And it's a 5 hour drive. YES I DO CARE!
