Well I guess the email he gave me was just to shut me up. Still no call. Still will not answer the phone. I thought my wife is bad for call screening. Honey, Ted has you beat! I'm so angry at this bs. I trust someone with my money and sled and this is the SH$T I get?! Holy crap! My wife is pissed cause she wants to know what are money got us? I could have smashed my head with a hammer for free and got the same headache! Some body pinch me I wanna wake up from this NIGHTMARE!
AWWWWWWWG! Nobody take there sleds here. Then maybe by christmas 2012 I will have my sled!

you really have an axe to grind...dont ya...it may be legitimate but you don;t have any work at teds right now do you..??...all your posts just seem like a personel vendetta when you indicated earlier that your only experience with ted was through a friend..??..can;t ya get over it..??...im not oneway or another in regard to this thread..some very legitimate claims and posts...its just that you seem not to have any connection..??..

IMO if you want the best work you gotta do it yourself. NOBODY cares about your sled more than you do and will take as much time doing the small details that other people may skip just to "get it done". Plus you are paying the guys to skip out on those details

That is true, except I don't know how to port cylinder. Everything else, I do myself. Well, had to have northern rebuild my crank but other than that...

I believe Fred is still waiting, maybe next week I heard!!! Snow's melting now. Fred will have to run the 500 fan for this year I guess!!!!

If you drop your motor off before it blows Ted will move it to the other side of the garage when it should of blown. Then by the time you should of had 500 miles on it he will move it to his other bench and take it apart. Now the 2010 season is half over he will take the parts and put them in a box because CRFfred is freakin out cause he still hasnt got his sled back. Remember he dropped it off in Aug 2008. Now its Aug 2010 and your pissed cause you want your motor back so you can go riding. He will tell you that hes waitng for pistons and good porting takes alot of hours. Jan 2011 he will get the pistons tell you he will deliver it next week which will be the first week in March. Dude snowcheck a 2011 model and be done with it.

We drove 8 hours round trip to Ted's shop and left him a hand written note, taped it right to his door. My buddy Rookie still hasn't gotten as much as a phone call back since then....haha

The sled belongs to Rookie, who seams very tolerant about this whole situation. Personally, I think it is absolute bullsh!t how Ted is treating these guys. My business wouldn't last a year if I started treating my customers in the same way. Maybe he is a nice guy or a great Dad, but how he keeps his business open is beyond me.
