D*mn, there is an awful lot of whining and complaining around here all of a sudden. Suck it up. If you can't or won't spend a few bucks (less $$$ than it takes to fill up your sled with one tank of good gas) for a what is still a pretty d*mn good site, well then, you probably have an over-developed sense of entitlement. Either that, or your "real" life is seriously lacking, as this must be your worst problem.
Don't want to spend the $$? Fine. But for the love of God, stop b*tching about it. If the changes and $$ membership money put an end to this all this crying, that right there is worth it as far as I'm concerned. Not to mention that fact that it will most likely thin out some of the constant thread poaching and bs topics.
This is still a good site. There is still a lot of good info here. Let me know when and how much, and I'm in.
Tree fell on his cable connection, so he lost internet for a week.
Will get back to you on that in a month. No chit already! Tell me when and where to pay....maybe the rif raf will play on the free sites.
The point is that it worked, albeit slowly before all these changes that have already been implemented but once the newest streaming stuff is added it will possibly become unusable with dial up.Doesn't every internet experience suck on dial up? Not trying to start anything but what does your dial up issue have to do with Snowest?
Man, your brutal! That is the best news on this entire thread.
Now that the announcement has been made, I believe this discussion would be better served in that thread.

Wow, there are some really wonderful snowmobiling videos that you are missing out on.I'm not a kid who watches video
Already there my friend!I'm on dial up ... and YES it does SUCK!!!
You have to get very creative on how you search... I'm sure you are a jedi master of Dial up Surfing AR... I know it is an art that takes time to refine.
One thing that helped for me was the switch to Mozilla...

What thread??????
I keep seeing this number in peoples posts - "$10 for 3 years", but the way I understand it it's going to be $10 per year if you prepay for 3 years upfront ($30 for 3 years). Am I mistaken?
I buy and collect the video's I want to see to support the people who produce them . It's the only way to keep them making them.Wow, there are some really wonderful snowmobiling videos that you are missing out on.
And there are going to be a WHOLE LOT more of them on SnoWest in the coming months
Ah, OK, I have been locked into this one thread for hours now and didn't know there was a 2nd one running.http://www.snowest.com/forum/showthread.php?t=177820

Your past post made it sound like you were suffering horribly from a dial up connection, when in fact you have the fastest computing and connection available.I have probably the fastest computing and connection available at my desk at work at a VERY large Aerospace company here.

Don't misunderstand my motives Sled Guy.AR, bud, give up. Life's too short. You aren't going to change their minds. Only thing that will change any minds on this is the freemarket.
