This is what I mounted on my tunnel last year. Works great, I didn't use any silicone just rubber backed washers and have never had water in box.

I installed my Pelican box on the tunnel similar to this but toward the front.
Works great. I put my 1-gallon gas can on the braces similar to this, also.

This setup tip is a little specific for Husaberg riders (or any other bike with a bolt on header): Make sure to check the tightness of your exhaust header bolts. Mine fell out last year while riding. The extreme heat cycling of a snow bike causes them to loosen over time. This year I safety wired them.
