Made a reservation at the Snowy Mountain Lodge over the phone for this weekend on the 25th. Was told about $50.00 non-refundable fee and that was it. I was forced to cancel the reservation because my son fell ill (he had his tonsils out last thursday) on Friday night for Saturday arrival. Was told very rudely I might add that they were going to bill me for the entire stay. (almost $1000.00) There is a 14 day cancellation policy (even though I booked the stay three days earlier) The website says if a call is made to cancel within 14 days they will bill 50%. I wasnt to check in until Saturday at 2pm but they billed my card last night (friday night) after we spoke. They billed me $984.00They must really need the money to play these games!!
