I am friends with slim and the 872 guy was a very nice man.
That's awesome, I always get nervous selling big bores... Just remember all that clutching is not factory... And you can only get the springs from Duane... Springs were new around 500 mi back... But wouldn't hurt to get a few spares.. I think I have a couple different secondary springs for the Paragon I will try to dig them up and bring them.. The primary spring is his own spring.. Super light spring, that's why there is no pin weight... But it works can't deny that..

Well I got the privilege to ride both sleds and all I have to say is both sleds are amazing! I would not be afraid of buying either the 872 or the 880 all I have to say is I do love big John Services services second to none! Sidenote my shoulders hurt after riding big John's 154 880. Big smiles the whole way around
Damn, I'm sitting in alpine right now with an 872...just got her dialed in and was rip snortin pretty good until the chain let loose yesterday and took both chaincase halves with it.
Otherwise I would have loved to meet you guys for the shootout. Went down to Bedford today kn a spare but white out conditions made us turn back.

I don't know.... I have a 2000 ford 7.3 160k never seen a wrench.. I have 4 2013 chevy diesels for work trucks and they have all been in the shop... They just don't make em like they use to.. I have a couple 6.7 fords as well.. They too have been in the shop a few times... To be honest the new dodges have been pretty good so far.. I have a 4 5500's guys really like em..

For those of us who don't know where Blue Creek parking lot is, how do you get there and is it closer to West or Island Park? Heading down with madmini and possibly swrev if we can convince him.

It's smack dab in the center of I.P. Turn West at Elk Creek gas station (Mile marker 389) which is on Hwy 20 in Island Park. Go about 2 miles and you will cross the Henrys Fork river, keep going another 1.5 miles and maintain right on the road when you come to a "Y" intersection of Old Shotgun rd and Yale Kilgore rd., About another 2.5 miles and it is the 1st parking area on the right.
