Just kinda curious why you guys dont jus throw your sleds in the back of the pickup wit a ramp and no "deck" under it?

With the ramp under the deck, you just pull the ramp out to load/unload and then push it back in when you are done. You never even have to lift the full weight of the ramp and it is easy to secure.

I just wish it was that easy with a double deck

Big reason is because a fold up ramp cost a lot of $, then you have to find a spot to slide the ramps beside the sled. Also I do not have a bed liner and I didn't want the carbides digging into my box. The entire thing cost me like $60 to make. It also works great for the 4 wheeler. I had everything folded up and I was able to load fold everything up and unlaod my sled and have it folded up agian in a few minutes. Not shown in the pictures I have the slide rails that are on 4 or 3 place trailers and a tie down bar. Fast and clean.
