That stinks..... looks like some good snow coming over the next few weeks. You should look for one of the old skidoo pull behind trailers so you could at least be on the Mtn or you can stay behind and drink beer

I went to a hand specialist here in MN and got a second opinon after the one Dr. told me no and this guy had me in PT the next day. if you don't start moving that tendon it will start to get hung up in scar tissue - trust me I have never felt pain like that in my life when they freed that up. Unreal. I would get a 2nd opinion - you should be moving that tendon!

--i can move it a little in this partial cast and no pain so far----Sorry to hear about you injury, the no insurance part i feel your pain i was jumped this summer by six people and stabbed 13 times in the back and had a vodka bottle broke over my head, i didnt no how to pay the bills and still have fun this summer, so i just contacted the hospital and set up a payment plan, good luck in sur....

went to dr today and looks good so they sent me to pt and $20.00 worth of plastic and 30 minutes only cost me 400 BUCKS what a racket---decided i've got another 6-8 weeks so i'm going to polish the tunnel and work off some ANGER---$6000.00 for 45 minute surgery in the hospital with out the Dr bills probably be $10,000 total--did sell the 06X thankful---i'll post some pics of my anger project

I sliced halfway through the tendon on the knuckle of my middle finger last spring. Never went to the doctor so I don't have any bills from it. Now 6 months later you can barely see where the cut was and I have 75% of the individual movement still. By that I mean if I try to flick someone off my middle finger doesn't come full parallel with the backside of my hand by itself, but it will if i move the rest of my fingers. Needles to say I flick people off with my right hand now
Hopefully you have a speedy recovery, just be careful become it will be very easy for you to over extend you tendon and rip the cut in it back open, thats not exactly a pleasant feeling and it only increases the healing time.
