Sorry to hear that T/A. I hope you heal up fast.
puttin a windshield in a Kenworth and it had a stainless visor and i didnt have gloves on[ stupid me] and the plastic tool slipped out of the chanel and the top of my hand ran along the visor---not deep but nicked the tendon on my middle finger and i cant lift it--dr said NOOOOO ridin for 8 weeks at least
Lemme guess; it was a W-900 huh? Those visors are a PITA and need that edge folded untill it touches rather than pointing straight at the cab. I cut my fingers grabbing one when I lost my balance while standing on the valve covers so I dould detail the cab around the clearance lights on a W-900.

Man thats ****y i broke my arm 2 years ago in January but as soon as i got my cast on i found a big mitten and went ridin...it was a little tough but i couldnt go without! Its goin to be a bad year so i would take it easy on that one. good luck though

Has that feeling of pain through the whole hand went away yet? When I took the die grinder to mine a couple of months ago, I just kind of polished the top of the tendons on my knuckles. Sucker hurt for two weeks until I finally pulled the stitches out. Now you know how us poor flatlanders feel when you keep posting pics of riding and all we can do is watch!

no pain at all--clean cut--no meds at all
--7" new snow last nite and more coming--that hurts the most
we found lot's o' freshy up there T/A...base is setting up nice and the landmines are slowly being buried.

Im sorry to hear that TA. Just had a friend friday night, trip into a window and severe 3 ligaments, no RMSHA racing for him for 8 weeks to. PS dont drink tequilla

sliced the top of my hand and cut a tendon and go if for surgery at 6pm
I cut the tendon on my right "pinky" about 10 years ago. It was one of the worst things that happened to me. My finger is still crooked and can't bend it past 90 degrees.
Be sure to do all of the PT they ask you to do.

you look like I did when I was 14 ....was over at friends house ..we were making a milkshake ....follow...anyways she is cutting the frozen strawberries ..I thought 'You are gonna hurt yourself ..I better do that" I reach for the 12 inch butcher knife and she ..typical girl pulls it away ...all I hear is sssssssing ! Mother __________...anyways well thats what I would say today ...
sliced my index finger to the bone tendons and all and the same to my GF yerself finger .....
one cast and a roll of gauze in my hand ....with a safety pin jammed thru the tip and nail of my index .....with an elastic band going to another safety pin wich was casted into my cast which was to my elbow ......donge donge....you know like a cheap guitar...
hell of a way to wake up in the middle of the night with the elastic stuck in the covers ....8 weeks later ...
