Sweet, looks like its coming along great... Always nice to use a pump to pour the mud... makes things so much easier:D:beer;:beer; Can't wait to see the walls go up... very exciting Rob... Congrats on the progress:beer;:beer;

Congrats on the house. It is a fun experience to watch your first house go up from start to finish.
Over the last 3 years I was personally responsible for over seeing and managing the construction from start to finish of over 320 homes. I loved to watch the first time home buyers get excited and enjoy their new home.
Have fun!!!!!!!!!!!:D

Yup, hopefully we see some walls go up in the near future, maybe next week!

Obviously you haven't been West of Valley Chitty. We don't have much, but still more than MN haha.

You going to Haydays? Might have to go get some drinks..... PM if you are....

No Haydays for me this year....full weekend of dirt biking and bench racing around the fire and beers.

Well, was gone on some prescribe fire last week and some paleo dig, came back and a LOT was done....

Finally see what the house is going to look like...

Will be doing the siding here in about a week or so, shingles go on this next weekend, then start on interior work.

Haha, won't be moved in by then I don't think, so should still be fine, hopefully nice this weekend for roofing!

Lookin' good! 2x4 outter walls? Code in Canadia is 2x6 outter walls....more insulation eh. Even my garage is 2x6.

Ahh the memories of building my house....finding the doors in the wrong spot...the tub in the wrong spot....the switches in the wrong spots....falling into the open basement at night with Pecos (drunk of course) and near busting my elbow....good times, good times.

Remember: "good fences make good neighbors". Hahaha....I don't see a fence in the neighborhood....looks different.
