Walk of shame

I have the worst story of all with the walk of shame. Ok, my dadS friend bought a brand new m1000 a couple weekends ago on saturday. We rode on sunday. Then we get to this big shoot where my m7 just wouldnt do the work. So he sais "aw jump on mine youll go right up". So i get on and make it to the top and right at the top there was another small hill and i was in a sidehill on the right side goin about 15mph. Didnt see this massive hole, hit the hole and pinned it......ended up running the left a-arm up about a 10 foot tree and it did a flip over me. Landed upright tho. Walked up to it and it was shut off and the front left a-arm was bent about 2 inches back against the shock! It started up and i rode it down the hill and told my dads buddy i broke it and he laughed and i said, no i swear the a-arm is broken. He looked. "$&8$/:;@"/$;)$:@/"%}^#". After that i just went and sat on my m7 in shame lol. The belt wasnt even broken in yet!!!!! It had 18 miles!!

Nice riding halfcase! Keep it up your learning really fast!

You should get this picture framed. :face-icon-small-coo It's been awesome watching HalfCase grow as a rider. Dad, you should be VERY proud! :) I've loved following your adventures, and will continue to do so!! Heck, I'm even proud of HalfCase! :face-icon-small-hap

Hate to think that we probaly will not ride anymore this season! :face-icon-small-sad:face-icon-small-sad:face-icon-small-sad We allways can hope for a better one this next winter...

Heck if it keeps snowing like it has for this last week we will go agian if a week or so when I get home. It dumped 2 new feet at our ski area this last week. So it should be real good in our fav. spot.

Great pics!
My Kids have been riding with us since my son was 1.5 and my daughter 3. They are now 7 and 9. Got them there first 120 when they were 2.5 and 4 and my son was hooked. He rides that thing all the time and races it also. Now they both drive our full size sleds at times, especially if we are on out of the way forest roads, I just sit back and let my son do the driving. This past winter on our last ride we stopped on a lake and let the kids go ride around. It was funny, they go to the other end of the lake and immediately lined them up to race. I could hear my son yell to his sister "ready Claire?" and off they went.
I noticed on my trip to WY this year that there were lot's of young kids riding. Here in MN they need to be 12 to ride on trails or public property. Is there no age limit in some of the western states?

In OR, they just have to be able to pass a saftey class, then they are good to go. Gives them some good basic saftey knowledge, then the rest is up to us. Glad to know there is a large population of young ones that are in love with this sport. I'm not to sure about some of the other states, and how they are on age limits for the kids. I'm glad we are able to let them go on there own sleds at a young age. My son has become a sled ahaulic, oh I would say since he was about 7. Now he is as bad as I am about wanting winter to come and never leave.

Hey Half Case, keep up the good work big man, you will be out riding your dad in no time!!!:face-icon-small-coo Thank you SuitCase for posting up the pictures of his progress over the season its good to see some kids are riding. Hope everyone had a great season, looking foward to pics of next season! Keep up the good work!

ten years after my first ride with the old man and we wont come with me anymore!!!!! jjk he loves watching his kid throw up highmarks on him. i keep telling him he needs to invest in a carbon fiber belly!!!!

I have been slacking on my duties as a Dad, LOL, I had lots of work this winter, and the grandparents don't take as many pic's as I do. I feel terrible for not getting any pic's before now. Halfcase has out grown the Pro X, and has moved up to the D8. I could not hide the fact that he had pasted the level of a 440. They grow so quick. He has had such a good time since I have put him on this sled. Now Halfcase is on my butt at the turn of every corner, I could not be happier.

So here are some pic's for everyone!!!
