I would like to officially become a member of team Halfcase! My son is 8 and shares the same enthusiasm. Keep up the good work little man!!
so how long has he rode? and what size track is on that sled? looks like its a great sled for him. ooh and post pics of his next ride. its fun seeing other kids ride. im 14 and its good to see some younger kids on here and look at them get better and better.

My 6 year old nephew will be taking his first solo ride on that identical sled this weekend
reading this thread is like putting my life in rewind except when i started out things were just a tad different.. that kid is awesome for his age! way better than i was at 13 haha. good riding man.
I started out riding young just like you too, now i'm 16 and already out riding my dad!
THEN. sitting by my dad's storm 800 triple..i thought it was the meanest thing ever, you can see my phazer in the background haha.
NOW.

I still remembet that day! LOL Halfcase had a hard time with the brake leaver and liked to fallow a little to close to his mom. See stoped to wait for him and of course he was right behind her and bumped into her and knocked her off her sled, no big deal, I could not stop laughing. But had to, so I could explain to him not to fallow so close.
Hope you guys have a great time!!! There is nothing better.

Finally got some new snow, when it came it hit good. Almost to much for the Pro-X, Halfcase had it wide open all day long.

Nice job and keep it up. It's not always as easy as it looks but once you get it it sure is fun.
I also and young (15) and started riding in the mountains at 11. First year in Wyoming i hated the deep snow but now i just hate riding the trails.

good job bud. i had some powder riding today to. its fun huh. well i love climbing the steep in the powder. and boondocking and that side hilling gets you really good. oh and if you get stuck it means you are riding hard and trying your best

Had a great day with the kids on our club play day last Sat. We had a blast watching the kids tear it up at West Eagle Meadows.
