I guess so I have a customer that is in alaska and I shipped some stuff out to him this week by us postal, that way the cost was cheaper. Parts did not show up until yesterday and I guess he was pissed so instead of talking to me like a civilized person he I guess hits me with a bunch of bad press. I do not know how to get the green back? The funny thing is that I gave him the option on shipping and he chose the cheaper of the two and so now here I am needing some love! HELP!!!

I did just give a bunch of you rep but not sure if it was signed?
you dont have a choice to give grey it will just be all your able to give if you are red or dont have a 100 posts and you might have to have over 1000 rep points to but im not sure
