But I have 2 reps in my "user CP" that have a gray color box in front of the thread associated.
I have no idea what that means.

I have also gotten them from people with negative rep. Their rep comes across as gray even if they give you positive rep ? I think...
Gray is neutral although we don't have it as a choice while repping
