ive said the same things for a long time. why is there no white history month? and why should a black person get into college over a white person with the same credentials... its BS. dont even get me started on illegal immigrants either.
Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, are two of the biggest pieces of sh!t walking the face of this earth. Ol Reverend WRONG isn't too far behind them. Early on I thought Obama might be a decent man regardless the color of his skin, but after further review, it would seem he's just another good liar with a big closet full of skeletons! Any man that sits at the same table and serves on the same board with a former terrorist then sits in a pew listening to hate speech for twenty years and now all of a sudden wants to deny he was there or agreed with those sermans, can go pound sand IMHO. Read an article tonight how the old reverend, feels betrayed by Obama and how he feels it's his obligation to stand up for himself and the people of his Church to set the record straight. He said "it's a real slap in the face what Obama is saying about me and my congregations beliefs. I always considered him family and we took him in, when the people of this community had their doubts about him." All three candidates are pretty sorry in my book, the straight shooters never have a prayer of making to the big house.......

i agree, the people who have kept racism alive is black people themselves. If they don't like it here go back to aids infected Africa. I'm sure they are a lot better off here than over there. I haven't heard about any failed rescue missions from other africans trying to get them back.
The argument I have heard about that is most of the history we learn about is "white history". So we take a break from "white history year" to have "black history month"..... It is interesting, though. I wonder how it would be in Africa making people have a white history month there? Too much of a stretch?

Discrimination is learned and sometimes earned, but until people get over the whole african american, european american, asian american and just accept the title "American" then there will always be groups.
When you have a group that holds it'self apart either thru their choice or by being forced, that group also is a target for discrimination.
Hard to have a melting pot when you have people insisting on a different pot for each ethnic group.
I had this plan once... it included a lot of baby making with many different people. Do it long enough with a lot of different races, then eventually there won't be any except for one big mutt race.
It is only an idea, but I am curious as to if only having one race (not through Nazi like stuff, but through diversification of procreation) if the world would be better or worse. Some areas would be better like race relations, but what would be worse?

They would just discriminate for your religion, or your choice of clothes or your job. There will always be discrimiation. The problem is, how do you make it not be acceptable?
How do you punish those that push discrimination and hatred without stepping on their first amendment rights? At what point do we say the freedom of the people overshadows your rights to preach hate against them?
How do you silence the likes of Al Sharpton??
I guess we could sue him into oblivion, but then you have the ACLU that is and always has been eroding the laws of this country to make every crime blameless. This is a VERY complex problem that needs to be addressed. The problem then becomes, how? How do you get the Al Sharptons of this country to leave their hatred and bigotry behind long enough to make any real changes in society??
The reason that all this is true is because nobody will ball up and contest it in court. Where do you think all this started in the first place? Someone decided that they were being picked on and filed a law suit. A law will stay in place as long as nobody contests it, but when someone does it changes. I'm in a business law class right now and we deal alot with this stuff and some of the laws that are in place would amaze you because they make no sense what so ever but nobody has fought it so it stays. All the white middle-class people need to just start filing suits and it will change.

That's nice and probably true, however, who do you know that has a couple million dollars lying around and 4-10 years to deal with it?
The race peddlers would come out of the wood work and plow millions in to get your suit killed or run you out of money. That is why a lot of the laws are still there, no-one can afford to take the liberals on.
That is why the saying "the law is for sale" is true. If you got the money and the lawyers you can get whatever you want with enough cash and time.
