thinking of changing plans of coming out your way instead of wy. This would be our first trip to id how much snow do you have on the ground now. I saw your post but did not see snow amount. could use info on the area. thanks tony

The snow has arrived at Priest Lake. We have 18" at the lodge and more for tomorrow. grooming starts now. The Boys have been riding I will put up Pic as soon as I can. Still have rooms if you need a place to stay. Tony 425-417-5252

Groomed trails report

Hi Tony, We're headed to Priest Lake beginning X-mas day for a week long stay. We already have place at Priest Lake Golf Course that we booked awhile back. Any good links for up to date grooming reports? It's our first time trying out the area. Looking forward to some trail riding fun. Thanks!

check out this web page report, as of today no groomer report indicated but they should start anytime. once they get 15 " of snow grooming will start. have fun.

350 miles of groomed trails

This groomer year is just getting started. the trails need to be cleared of trees and low branches it will take longer then normal, please be understanding they are going as fast as they can.

Still snowing here and 4-6" over the next two days. The snow still has no base alot of fluffy soft snow. Making it hard to get off trail and not get stuck. The East side of the lake is home of a brand new groomer and is up and running!!!!

welcome to the report. It's socked today and it just got below freezing last night. the trails are groomed by the warming hut the snow is firming up to make a nice base. More snow coming this week should make for some great riding. still have rooms available in February if you are looking for a place to feed you great food and great rooms.

January 26

Sorry for the delay it has been busy here. I have plowed 3 times this week there is 3 feet of new up top on a good base. all the brush is covered up, hills are ready to climb most of the rocks in Echo bowel are covered. Groomer running three days this week trails looking great all the way into lost creek bowel. book your trip the snow season has arrived no bad days here.

It has been snowing every day. I plowed 6 in. on Saturyday and this moring 3 in. more. This week more on the way. I know we need snow but sun shine would make riding the back country posable. So we are looking for that next sunny day.

February 8

Lots of snow. Last week it snowed 8" at the lodge more up high. warm sunny weather this week. Good to see a little sun shine. Grooming has been OK but not alot I guest they are trying to save money. no grooming at the Big burn last summer, US forserves rules. Bull s%*t. Lodge is full the next two weeks but after that we have room for you.
