pretty sure i got a chubby right now :)

Whats up man, with the new snow i want to ride franklin more then ever....never rode here, my sled might lose a crank this weekend with its new found vibration...so i would totally understand if you dont want to ride with us, we might get Sled'r (steve) to show us around?? i know for sure ME/Indyman/Utrider are coming....could be the others in my group if they want to drive the distance???

I can't guarantee that WE won't have issues! LOL

You are more than welcome to come ride with us... Hopefully we can keep the group size manageable.
I also would like to see your sled go.
Only issue on saturday after a dump is if you don't show up early its hard to find a spot to park.
My brother may be going up friday,(Mjunkie) so that may be an option for some as well... We have more than enough room in the cabin, and its 4 miles up the trail, so wake up and you are right in the middle of the good stuff!
I'm sure others know the area pretty well, but over the years I have gotten the nickname of "Human GPS" at least in franklin.
I wouldn't say "secret spots" as its real easy to follow someones track, but I usually end up showing people that ride the area on a regular basis new areas.
I will let you know later in the week.
If my bearings don't show up I'm gonna pop the seals and grease up the old ones.

I totally agree too many folks in a group is a hastle:(

What bearings are you needing? DD stuff? If so, BDX always has everything on hand and will ship next day if needed.....my diamond drive problems are pissing me off big time! i regeared last weekend to a 65/55 so i lost a ton of top end but she boondocks like a dream now:beer;

Mike told me the bearings in the brake assembly that hold that end of the drive shaft are bad or at least getting there fast. I still don't know about friday, if work is like it has been, I won't know if I work friday until friday (I hate having an "on-call" job that isn't actually an "on-call" job, but at least I still have a job, for this week anyways!!). I'll post as soon as I figure out what's going on with the weekend. I would love to stay up at the cabin.

Driver bearings in brake caliper housing.
DD good so far *knocks on wood*
I did a track swap and the bearings had moisture in them, it sat for a day and they seized up... I got them freed up but don't want to chance it.
Backordered from cat, but local bearing distributer should have them tonight or tommorow. *crosses fingers*
If I don't ride this weekend I'm gonna go crazy!

I can't believe that Im sitting in school right now when there's close to Two Feet up Tony Grove, and Blue Bird skies. And thats on top of another 1 1/2 to 2 feet that was up there last Saturday!
