When I get this message on the phone ...well they just lost my business. And if I owned a business my message would be " press one for English other wise hang up and call back later when you have learned English" Just one of my pet peeves Dino
It drives me nuts seeing the dual signs in H.D and Lowes also. My mother in law is from Spain and she is a teacher, she teaches ENGLISH! If you want to live here, please learn the language.
