Premier Polaris doesit again!!!

?

To each his own! I have had nothing but GREAT service with Randy/Debbie and the rest of Premier. What comes around will go around.
May be he was using a "Jedi Mind Trick" on you and you fell for it!:D

this reminds me of a time i was at a wrecking yard buying an outside door handle for a camaro. the guy tells me he has new ones for $14. i then ask him, how much for a used 1 that i pull off a car myself.........$15:eek:

Why is this Rmk guy not happy Randy went the extra mile and found him any part, new or used? How many times have we been to a shop and they have the attitude of "oh well"

Wow, all of this over $6.94 vs. 3 bux off?????

Since it's your 1st post, change your profile to: LAST OF THE BIG SPENDERS

No kidding. I would have thrown his azz out and asked him to take his business elsewhere.

Dealers are crashing everywhere around us and you (RMK-SLP) whine about 3 bucks after he goes back and finds a part for you. He could have easily told you "To Bad" , ordered the part, make you wait and charge you shipping. And you warn others not to do business with them. Pull up your skirt.

I have known Randy for years and that is just his personality. Once you
get to know him, you understand he is a jokester at heart and thats his
coping mechanism. I am sure he read into this as a slam on him from the
way Randy was speaking to him. I always have a good exchange with
anyone there. I gladly pay full price for things at his store, even though
he is my neighbor and know him well. Just get over yourself and

STFU

Fixed it for you:

Randy did me right, even after he had my 900 for 3 weeks. All he cares about is getting you out riding in peak season; so 6 bucks - try $1,200.00. You are in the wrong sport Buckwheat and still in peak season.

Randy, thanks for all the help. Polaris is the way out. :D :D :D

Premier

This stuff is getting old... I have done all I can to stay out of the Randy bashing threads for several reasons. First, I have bought a few sleds from him and the deals were great. He has always gone out of his way to help me and take care of my issues.

All of his ex-employees are great people, Justin, Willie, Tina, Bradey, ect.. I take my sleds to Fastrax for the most part for major repairs (Curt and Justin) but I still buy a lot of parts from Randy.

The fact that there has been constaint turn over in his shop by people I really respect is troubling to say the least. He has a way of finding great people to work for him but I'm not impressed with his management skills.

That being said, he has done a good job for me "as a customer" and I will continue to buy parts from him. Recently I had a secondary clutch go bad on my wifes 600 and Randy was out of stock. I was going out of town and needed one now so he went and pulled one off a brand new sled so I would not have to run all over town to find one. Then he gave me a very nice discount!

I have read every post about Randy and I know he is abrasive and has made some huge mistakes with some customers and some employees but this band wagon bashing is really lame imo. Some of you who have a serious interest in his failure should ask youselfs why? We really don't need less shops to take care of our needs. He is trying to run a business, not a charioty.

We all have the chioce to shop anywhere we want, I doubt I will drive from Covington to Monroe for parts but if I do buy another Polaris and I can't make it to Carles, I will give Randy a chance to once again earn my business.

And to those ex-employees who hide behind there snow west name to bash (not Willie, no hiding there lol) you should take a lesson from Justin, first class guy, man enough to walk away and just keep on working in the field he loves with out looking back. Thanks for taking the moral high ground Justin!

RMK-SLP, What a waste of a first post, serously, a $6 part? Enjoy the 35000 point red slap I'm about to punish you with when I get off lock down - Eric

LOL, Yes I feel better.

Awesome day yesterday, parked at Price. Old faithful is ripping and no saw needed yesterday, just one stick that took me about 20 min just to get to my sled while it sat there and idled..

Eric,
How is this for wasting a first post? I'm an ex-employee and I'm not hiding behind my screen name. lol. I've been watching these posts as well and I've decided to voice my opinion.
I worked for Randy for 2 years. I didn't always approve of his selling tactics, taking old parts off of sleds and trying to get full boat. When that happened I just walked away and talked about it later with him. That is part of the reason I left when I did. I don't like the do or say whatever it takes to make the sale whether it's truth or lie. I'm a truthful person who doesn't want to see a NB on something way to much for them to handle. I love the sport too much to see someone get hurt.
I'll still buy parts from him when I need them due to location but for the most part I deal with John, Everett and Mike at Pierres.
