Premier Polaris doesit again!!!

I went into premier polaris in Issaquah and wanted 2 spindle bushings and they only had one, so i asked Randy to look aroud for another bushing and after about 5 minutes comes back and says that he found one soo i asked him how much and he say 6.94 each. I asked him if he wanted to sell me a used part for full price his anwser i have to get paid for my work! then i went off on him a told him that he was going to get paid if he just stood there and did nothing or if he actually tried to help a customer for the first time in his life. Then he told me to give the part back to him and i said no it mine now but i want a discount he started to yell at me and really show that he respected his customers. After i made him look like a dick he gave me a 3 dollar discount just so that i would stop because a new customer was there now. After i got my discout on the used part he told me that the reason that he charged me full blow was, "I will just clean it up and put it in a bag and sell it as new." The total of my purchase was 124.97. So dont buy anthing from that place even if your in a pinch call around.

Somthing fishy with this story. Dont know what it is but it just doesnt seem right!

Maybe it's the fact that it's your first post and you act like youve been here for a long time??

Or maybe not....

Who knows????

if I needed a bushing and it was $6.94 for a new one and they only had one and found another one I would be glad to pay that much for it if I needed it. your post is dumb. I don't know randy but have talked to him once.

I would have thrown your azz out of my store for acting like a loud mouthed punk and banned you from ever returning, then turn towards the new customer and apologize for the way your parents raised you and ask him how I could help him.

I doubt he would want one dime of your money after removing a part from a sled so he could help your azz out to keep you riding and then you want a discount on top of it?
He should have charged you double for removing a new part from a new sled just so you'd have your part.

Why don't you post your name and information so Randy can trash you and your reputation and get all the other dealers in the area not to allow you in their store anymore until you grow the h3ll up.

It's a business...It's not charity.

Take your first (wasted) post under this new alias of yours and leave.

Sorry everybody else, bad day.
RMK_SLP, it's only my opinion but you sound like a real loser and a punk.

Just to clarify he had one new bushing and the price for the new one was 6.94. so i asked him to look for one more so he went into the shop and found a used one in a parts bin or something because he told me he found one sitting around, so it was not pulled of a new machine. the part was worn and showed signs of wear and tear on the inside and outside surface of the bushing.

To bigturck
im sorry that my first post has to be this one but it was the first thing that i actually thought was worth posting just to let you guy know that he is reuseing parts and selling as new.

I personally wont spend a dime at premier Polaris. IMO its the worst shop in the state. But it sounds to me like he went the extra mile to make sure you could ride. Which is very unlike Randy, never the less you should be thanking him not bad mouthing him. Cheers :beer;:D

I was there during this exchange and heard the entire thing. Went like so...
RMK_SLP: I need two spindle bushings.
Counterman: I have one.
RMK_SLP: How much is it?
CM: $6.94
RMK: You don't have anymore, huh?
CM: I could look around the shop.
RMK: Ok.
(About 2 minutes later)
CM: Here is one.
RMK: Thanks, Oh it is used. How much for this one?
CM: Same price.
RMK: It's used.
(I saw it, definately used and corroded)
CM: I got to make money around here.
RMK: Damn, it is clearly from some used machine. I am interested in it, but why full price? You didn't pay anything for it, did ya?
CM:That's the way it is. Ya want it or not? I would have cleaned it up and sold it as new anyway.

This guy can charge anything he desires and can get for anything in his store. That is a fact; and certainly his right... With that said, I did find it strange and a bit odd that he had the audacity to expect a customer to pay the same amount for a part that he purchased from his supply house and a part that was an apparent leftover from some other used sled. After some verbal exchange, CM did agree to refund RMK some money, I believe.
I remember thinking- that sure is an abrasive way for a dealer to treat a customer (and then the customer began getting pissed as well)- and then I thought, well that's not really new, so many counterpersons, snowmobile, motorcycle, atv, etc treat their paying customers as though they are a bother and how dare they question the price for parts. But these kind of CP's forget that so many parts can be purchased from other sources. The entire exchange was a real trip.

I can see both sides of this one....................

But, If I were the Polaris shop, I might give the guy the used one. Then ask him to remember me when it comes to another purchase. And offer to order him a new one for next week. Now, he will remember this. And for the next purchase. HaHa, Ya Right! -00's

Not to throw Premier Pol under the bus, but I have heard many others comment on the crappy service from that shop. I just happened to get to see it for myself the other day. Wow, this is quite a stretch for such a subject. Let's see if we can get over 50 hits.
