i think it is a bad deal. the state is gonna tax the hell out of it. it cant be more the 8 percent thc content. no pot head is gonna soend more money on ****ty weed when they can get it from there dealer. plus the whole dui now. pot stays in your system for a long time. it would suck to go to a party smoke pot one time and becharged for a dui two weeks later

It was overturned by Legislature a couple years ago. Put everyone out of biz.
And then a new a referendum THIS year tried to reinstate the original. "the people spoke in 2004, lets get this right".
We VOTED DOWN BIG TIME!!! HAHA

alcohol causes enough injuries and health problems now we add another... good plan. Loved the dickhead ex-attorneys on TV saying the current laws do not work ... I am guessing since there are people that speed on the highways or rob banks we should end those laws as they "are not working"... sounds like a big thing for the state to add more tax collectors with badges and make work for lawyers

If the state thinks they are gonna rake in the revenue on this one might be a shock that none of the northwest wookies want to buy super chemy weaks *** shwag from weed-mart. And a **** storm is brewin on the 5ng/mL DUI law...what is some prick cop going to be demanding road side blood samples from people and if you say no your automatically guilty? Or even if you are completely sober they could haul you to the hospital for blood testing just because!

That happened in Montana in 04. Grow operations showed up everywhere. EVERYWHERE.
People came from 3 states away to get their green cards. It was crazy.
Then they changed the laws in about 2010 to rein in the problems, the grey areas and the loopholes. Masses of people went out of biz and lost their arsses. And a LOT of them also got raided by the ATF as soon as the laws changed.
Come on you loosers, The great State has us covered, they call it medication ! you will need it once Obama and Inslee throws us off the mountian. Sorry it's coming.
This is going to be a gold mine for anyone who jumps in fast. My day job is tightly controlled by the feds and they would lock me up fast if I stuck my nose into the legal weed biz. But for that I would be all over this. Millions to be made. I don't smoke or even drink FYI but we accept all the pain, misery and death surrounding cigs and alcohol so putting people in prison for weed is just STUPID! GROW, GROW, GROW, keep your frigging mouth shut and sell out to Philip Morris when you get it running like a real biz. The big ax hanging over your head is still the feds though. Can you imagine how cheap weed will be when they start growing it in Eastern WA on an irrigation circle?

I just finally got that comment.
FYI, they can tell grow operations by looking at your electricity bill and loadings on some of their distribution lines. Something to consider.
