Dealer charged the $500 deposit, said I am all set, but I’m just waiting for that Polaris confirmation email . . .

Nope I'm not sure? I was looking into this previously I recall reading, on the AXYS, it added around 20lbs or so and then you could reduce that by adding a lighter/lithium battery.

But I believe, there is already a battery on the models with the 7S screen so the addition of the electric start would be slightly less than 20 lbs.

I'm just guessing though based on the little info I've been able to gather so far.

Good point, what's the process for this? so far I've only received the initial email from Polaris when I submitted my SnowCheck last night and then my dealer sent me the $500 deposit receipt saying I'm all good and I was the first one, for them of course. I called them 1 minute after they opened.

What is the standard amount of time to receive the confirmation from Polaris?

Mine was 5 minutes after getting off the phone with the dealer.

I’m ordering one as well. Any reason for that track over the 163 3”?
The 2.75" is around 7lbs lighter then the 3", most say the 2.75 is better in dryer snow and the 3" is better in dense snow. I would have ordered a 2.6 if it would have been a option, that's what I have had on my last few sleds and liked it.

My dealer told me can take up to a week or so. Don’t make me worried. He says I definitely got one and I messaged him to confirm so I feel pretty lucky as they only got 1 allotted to them and my name is on it.

thanks, that makes me feel a little better. Yeah my dealer assured me today I'm all good and I was the first one with them this morning.

I wonder what my dealer's allotment was.

This is my first SnowCheck, and sled purchase, so I've had to learn a lot very fast haha and glad I did because if it weren't for all of you and all the rumors I may have not got my order in since up until last night I was thinking I actually had until April 15th :)

Lol ya I’m hoping mine is fine to my first snowcheck also but not my first new sled!
