POLARIS...WHERE IS MY SNOWCHECK?

Did you pay for this sled in full, or just the required money down to snowcheck it?

If its not paid for (which I doubt it is since you dont have a VIN number), I sure as hell would not pay the price you agreed to when you ordered it. In another 10 days polaris will come out with rebates and incentives on the 17's.

This whole thing sounds a little fishy. Why would it get ordered in the dealers name? Why is it sitting in a warehouse? Sounds like the dealer might not be on good terms with polaris and could be behind on $$$.

good luck. Eric
I only put down the required $5oo. As for the dealer owing money, I doubt it. This in only their second or third season with Polaris. The salesmen that took my order is no longer there. Now I know why. I think he was the owner's son. LOL When does Polaris come out with new incentives? If it is in January I may be able save a few bucks.

There is a value to your loss of use... And Polaris corporate should be able to help you out with that cost you've realized

This seems to be a logistics error in the system by Polaris Industries ... and the dealer network is part of the factory... they are the representatives of Polaris.

I hope that Polaris Reads this and will step up and "do the right thing"... You should not have to wait for an 'incentive program' to argue you case.

In case they are reading this... What is your name, location and dealers name.
Polaris has, from time to time, stepped in after reading about things on this forum.

But I'm sure you wanted to put it under the tree!! WTH?
Why was it in the dealers name anyway?

If its any consolation to you.......I have read that some guys had the same problems with their spring order Skidoo.

So it may not be just one brand struggling.

The fact that your dealer doesn't have your sled or even know where it is is disappointing. You shouldn't have to call corporate. That's THEIR JOB.

Ask for your $500 back. If they don't give it to you, note that for future decisions.

It's not like these sleds don't exist. Go buy one from a dealer who has one in stock and go ride.

Of all people to let me down I didn't think it would be Santa. Oh wait, I didn't put the SBA on my list. I guess it's Polaris who let me down.

get your deposit money back and go to another dealer and buy one off the floor, you already have missed 1/4 of the season.
