Polaris signs Chris Brown

This guy gives a review of his Viper so far this season. His unit actually went down for the rest of the season a couple episodes after this one. The review starts at about 4:45 minutes in.

Yeah definitely talking about snowmobile application.
89 hp for a 1000 cc that's pretty pathetic.

It's not that pathetic for an engine spinning ~7k in an ATV chassis with major intake and exhaust restrictions.. It's also 952cc.. Anything making ~100hp/liter NA is pretty impressive in my book, but your engine background probably trumps mine. I agree that it would be no-good in a sled application.

Anyone saying a 4 stroke dirtbike is more reliable and cheaper/easier to maintain has never owned one. Bought a new 2s KTM300 this spring and will not be looking back to the 4s unless I'm forced.

Back to topic!

I love that all the Yammis riders have mad skills... Always seems to revert to that when the truth about weight rears its ugly head.

Like when a guys claims mad skills.... LOL

Because the motors in our Pro's quit exploding a couple years ago. That left us with pretty much nothing to talk about since our sleds are now EPIC to ride right out of the box. Best selling sled in the world, 50 out of 52 at Jackson, no need to make up whatever here:face-icon-small-win

Most of us just found it funny when a bunch of sledders where jumping up and down over the Cat chassis, that even most Cat guys hate, loaded up with a heavy, underpowered four stroke. Bizzarre phenomenon, we just wanted to come check it out. I don't go back too often though cause I don't want to get any of that on me:first::kiss:

never once claimed mad skills & i have no problem riding a poo fun sled, but i can ride my yammies just fine even though you keep telling everybody it cant be done.i have no issue with any of the new sleds have tried them all & i had fun on all of them.they all have there good & bad choose your poison & have fun with it.

never have had any reason too measure sausages don't care whose is bigger as long as mine makes me happy i dont care what the other guys got:face-icon-small-win.
iam sure glad your poo quit exploding sounds messy:face-icon-small-sho:pound::pound::pound:

ouray rides his mom better then he can ride any sled out there. he's got this incestual infatuation with a yamaha sled. maybe his mom or wife is fairly large and he has to vent about something else out there to make going home an option. I've never seen somebody this bent out of shape over another sled other then what he owns. Heck, ouray makes fredw seem like a guy I would want to hang out with. And freddy is one of the biggest waste of skin douche bag losers there is out there. Keep it going ouray, this is hilarious.

Hey, sorry to go on a tangent here, but did you hear that Chris Brown signed with Polaris?!!

From what I've heard, he was being proactive, since Yamaha might get out of the business all together. I guess several governments have had issues with Yami sleds causing a slight wobble in the earths rotation, due to their weight, creating odd weather changes. Sounds like Yamaha sleds are the cause of global warming.

That is pretty cool about Chris Brown! Good to see a BC boy reppin the Pol brand.

Othe Brander's are just chezzing to see yet another sign of Pol being more committed to the mountain market than the others.

WOW WITH A HEAD AS BIG AS YOURS HOW DO YOU EVEN GET UP IN THE MORNINGS!!!

Who cares what the dude rides.. he is in the snowmobile business trying to make a living at his backcountry guide service. Poo most likely gave him a bunch of sleds for his business in exchange for adding another pro rider to their marketing roster. Any of you guys would jump ship if you were trying to make a living and a brand was offering you free sleds.

I love riding with people for the first time. When they find out I ride a Nytro their first thought is this guy can't be any good. Those thoughts change afterwards.
I can't wait for the snow. I got the opportunity to ride this August down in Chile with Sahen and Ryan from BCA. It was a great trip.
The best part of riding is out performing your friends on their own sled. I haven't been on any new sled that I don't like. They all seen good some take more to get use to.
If something is really good then you don't need to pay someone to use it. It's like the ugly kid that has a steak tied around their neck so the dog will play with them.
