Polaris 2017 Speculation Thread

From West Coast Sledders Facebook Page.

2017 RMK 174

A Arms are different it looks like. I hope that they ditch the chain drive and put the QuickDrive on the 3" track models as well as the 174" if that is going to be an offering. If not, it will only be mildly interesting to me. I like the belt drive. Maybe they will put in one that has a tensioner and offer more gearing options like the TKI drive system. A narrower front end option is important to me too. I have the KMOD 37" A Arms on my Axys and I love the ride and handling.

For those of you mentioning wanting a lighter weight can for stock, you're dreaming. Polaris would love the marketing capability of being under 400 lbs. And yes a can seems to be an easy and money saving way to do it. But Polaris is severely limited on what they can put out by the E.P.A. If it was that easy it would have been done a long time ago. Leave it to the exhaust companies to make cheap and bad *** alternatives that sound great and shed 10+ lbs.

I'm excited to see what refinements Polaris makes to the Axys chassis.

Few pics on Polaris.Snow Snapchat. A-arms look to be the same but powder coated. The sled above with the grey/orange is shown more.

I am AMAZED they haven't shared more.
But maybe that the plan for all afternoon??
