Polaris 2017 Speculation Thread

How about a shorter version track like the Freeride 137" for the flat lander guys but with a conventional tunnel? Or even a 146" with a 2.25 paddle but that retains the front cooler. A lot of us east of the Rocky Mountains have to ride groomed trails to be able to get into the deeper snow. The Switchback Assault is a nice sled but not a true crossover , it is more of a long track trail sled and the weight is too much.

Give us lightweight, big lug, conventional tunnel, more upright steering post but in a shorter track than a 155".

A sks with a 146, 155 and 163" track option with optional e start would be on the money. Specially with a 39" stance and the rmks can go 36"!

36" looks right! The 39" makes it look like a trail sled.....

Not to piss in anyone Cheerios, but if what Christopher is saying is correct and he had to rebuild the image on the page from Polaris due tobit being the "new" sled then it is for the trail guys...Polaris' ready to race (RR) sled bringing back the XCR name, would also explain the ski looking different as it may be the IQR race ski...just saying.
Would like to see a 155" with tipped rails like the sba for us big guy 50/50 riders, would have good trail manners yet give us big guys the floatation needed for backcountry tree riding...oh and an adjustable ski stance on the sled that replaces the sba, might as well throw gripper skis on it and ditch the pro-steers.:face-icon-small-hap

My predictions:

1. Pro RMK 174" SNOW CHECK ONLY
2. SKS 146" option SNOW CHECK ONLY
3. Assault Switchback AXYS 144"
4. Something new to the snow bike world.
5. Fox shock options?
6. More limited snow check options.

I see a new 600 HO coming

Something from timbersled

Something between the 137 and 155 inch(144??)

More colour and shock packages

It would be awesome to have a 129" conventional tunnel, very light weight(about 410 lbs.) with the 600 ho and 800 ho motors. This would definitely be a very fast flatland trail sled .

Christopher...send me a spy photo from a newly created email address from a buddies computer so nothing can ever be traced back to you:) I'll post on the thread:face-icon-small-hap
Harris made is VERY VERY VERY clear that I was not allowed to share any content that they provided me.

Sorry.

Any word on what time you can release the info?

Nothing listed on the Polaris website along the line of a reveal event?

Polaris goes live at

11:00est
10:00cst
9:00mst
8:00pst

Christopher's embargo will not permit him to release before that. They may even make him wait until a few minutes after Pol releases so they get the initial unveil on their website.

High and low speed compression on the shocks, on the xcr. Mountain sled not sure yet.
