pipe for nytro?

I'm looking to buy a nytro and see all these guys with aftermarket pipes on them, I was wondering how they attach? Is just the same exhaust pipe size going into the slip on? Or an adapter or something? Any jetting required for the change? I've got plenty of time til next season but just trying to answer a few of my questions. Thanks in advance, chris

Nytros are EFI, I've heard some could use a fuel manager to clean up certain spots after a different muffler is installed tho.

mine is off of a r1 crotch rocket samee cc's or close but defiantely flows alot more I have a lean bog from a dead stop idle to pinning it but if I roll into it it isn't there. this summer I am going to rotate it to dump under tunnel at an angle so it doesnt plug up plus it should be quieter and cleaner.

Any 2" Male slipon should work as far as I understand. I'm looking to fit a new pipe this Summer. Lots of good deals on my local Craigslist for 600-1000cc street bike pipes.

I had a D&D carbon slip on the was loud as ....I rode if for an hour an had to put the stocker back on. There was a substantial power gain and with a little fattening of the CO levels it ran great. It only weighed 4 lbs to compared to the 17 or so for the stocker. Gonna get a baffle for it and try again.

I've been looking for a small slipon that is quiet. Don't want to go any loader. Ideas?

How much money do you have?

Akrapovic

Slip-on is 1k easy, but it is all ti, and has the largest volume of any street bike that I have seen, that is not long and skinny.

Stick that baby in the tunnel, and have dual exits, one on each side of the tunnel. It also has tips that goes into the muffler to further quiet it down, but it is only for the Euro spec designs.

Quiet is of big concern to me, which is why I am still running stock...

Quiet requires volume, volume requires weight and space. This muffler optimizes both and would allow you to have lots of storage behind the seat if mounted in the tunnel. (There is tons of room down there!)

I put a 2 brothers racing from a cbr 600 on and dumped under the tunnel. Big weight savings, the noise is not much over stock. Deeper wide open but not obnixous. Never plugs with snow. I gained about 3-400 rpm from the previous ride. I was all over the limiter down low. Up at about 5000 feet it pulled about 9000. Pulls really good. I also got a clutch kit from Hartman. These 2 things were the best money spent!
