Hey MPS if you drive thru montana on your way you can just pick me up. I will get some pics of This Year In North Dakota up. How do you put pics up again, i never can remember.
We have way, way too many roosters to winter right now. People need to come here and hunt these things. Takes about 5 minutes to shoot a limit. GF&P is thinking about raising the limit to 5 per day. Leave your over and unders, .410's, 16's, and 20 guages at home. Bring a REAL late season pheasant gun, 12 guage something semi auto and a full choke. As for ammo, 4 shot or larger, I like 2's this time of year.
takes people like you and me 5 minutes to shoot a limmy, there is alot of birds, so since there isnt hardly any snow yet anywhere get down here and shoot some of these things. all the corn should be out by now

Normaly I would agree with you, but since they are stocked weekly by the game & fish down on the habiat area, taking a few hens before the hawks get them seems okay to me.
We are heading back from MN right now. Visited my husband's family and did a bit of hunting. They have a ton of birds this year, it was pretty fun.

I havn't done hardly any phesant hunting, my dog's been sick.
can't figure it out, but she's fading away. Got her on antiboitics but the vet doesn't know.
gonna take her in yet again this monday.

Weekday whats her symptons. I wouldnt knw what to do if i lost my little girl. She is 3 1/2 years old. Gnna have a litter of pups out of her this spring.Hope your dog gets well.
she's weak, her rear end is wobbly and she's slow going up stairs and has a hard time getting out of bed.
fever, low grade 103ish
shakes and shivers
weight loss, she's skin and bone now. you can see her hip bones and her spine
won't eat much, if at all
won't drink much, little bit now and then
got her on strong anti-biotics
shes in pain, and will yelp a little picked up or handled but has no specific areas of pain..you can poke around and feel and nothing is more tender than any other area.
she seems to be better in the morning then is worse at bed time
taking her back in to the vet monday. They did xrays and blood tests already but found nothing other than a high white cell count.
she'll seem to be on the mend and will trot around the house a little and wag her tail, then a few hours later you'd think she was going to die.

Weekday do you guys have alot of ticks there.
she's got short hair and we've givin her several baths, it'd hafta be one well hidden tick.
