Kickin around the idea of a new sled
Have an 06 M7 LE 162 with K-Mod skid. Rides better down the trail better then anything I've ridden. Ease of throwing around in the powder is awesome. Climbing, sidehilling and carving is just effortless. Really love the sled. Thinking about adding a few more things. Ti arms, Boss seat, RKT 800 kit and 2.5 Challenger(have A20).
Rode an 07 Dragon 700 for a whole day in 1-2 feet of powder. Ran really well. Thought it was quite a bit harder to lay over and throw around then the M. I even thought it was harder to throw around then my narrowed, deswaybared and lightened up EDGE. Still handled well though and I liked it.
Whos ridden one without a swaybar and compared it to an M? I imagaine it is fairly similar?
Haven't ridden an M8 but I have ridden a couple M1000s and the nose feels really heavy and the fun factor is way down IMO. Prefer my EDGE in comparison.
Opinions of a new M8 Sno Pro 162 or Dragon 800 163? M is probably lighter but a little less power. I would probably do a single pipe and head on either sled. Or keep the 700 and do the 800 kit and few other mods?
My biggest thing is I'm afraid to lose the great handling on my M7?
