Obama's birth cert. issue not going away

I don't understand why Obama would waste any energy on this! This is a gross misuse of government resources. Hawaii has certified he is eligible to be president. So, all he has to do; is have someone fedex the long form to the court, plus a couple of his other records, and this case would be closed. Why is Obama wasting the courts time? What could possibly be the reason?????? Why would any Democrat not support open transparent government?

Edit: Actually, I'm getting cynical about government; in general. He'll slither out of this somehow.

I just want to know what he has been hiding.
Don't know if it has to do with his past, his father's past or something else, but sure as the sun rises and sets, there is something he is hiding.
 
His real birth certificate would show that his paternal religion is Muslim no matter where he was born. Shariah law would dictate he (Muslim by birth) would be subject to honor killing for converting to Christianity.

Plus the fact he'd never been elected POTUS if his BC said Muslim anywhere on it. But Kenyan authorities apparently took care of all this back in 2004.
 
Maybe this clown won't act so arrogant and smug when he has to cough up some documents. It is almost impossible to stomach him on TV anymore. How did we get into this mess?

Oh, something's already coming from it. A pattern. Obama hides things, and no matter what anyone tells you, Obama supporters can't justify it. People are getting mad about this.
 
Funny, I was just printing out the text from the source (Attorney Leo Donofrio's website) on this same story when I got the email notification that you posted this. This lady found out that BO's HI vital records were "amended" and that when she FOIA'd the info and they didn't give it to her, that's against HI law. Donofrio is going to represent her pro bono. I like that "standing" is not necessary and the HI gvt can't limit access to public records. Further, if a person is "aggrieved by a denial of access" to a gvt record, they can bring action against the agency within two years after the agency denied to compel disclosure.

Also, Mario Apuzzo wrote a great article based on the Commie Judge Land's decision to deny flight surgeon Captain Connie Rhodes leave from the Army to attend her hearing, that the next person who brings a suit should compel the defendant (BO) to have to prove that HIS fake COLB is legit, not the plaintiffs needing to prove that the Kenyan BCs are legit.

He also updated us that the judge still hasn't ruled on BO's Motion To Dismiss that he was sposed to have ruled on beginning of August.

I am willing to bet any judge getting this hot potato will be doing everything in their power to get rid of it.

Wish we had more judges that had a backbone and would just force bo to produce the documents and lets get on with it.
 
In 1961 Hawaii denoted "race" as white, black or other.
The BC shows BO "race" as AFRICAN, a term not in play in 1961 for any such documents. Thus adding weight to the forgery claim. What a joke it has turned out to be at the American people exspense.
 
Yeah, that was exposed when he first came up with the bogus COLB, which is why I think Apuzzo's idea for making the defendants prove the validity of the COLB is a better idea than the plaintiffs proving the validity of the Kenyan BCs. One can hope.
 
According to the paper that also broke the birth cert story in canada, is reporting that ONLY Hawaii actually saw the birth cert for the purpose of certifiing bo as a legitimate candidate for the presidency of the United States.
All over 49 states simply received a letter stating that bo was fine and there were no problems.
So literally, NO ONE has seen the full birth cert.
