Mary Anne McKiernan talked to one of the producers from Fox news, he identified himself as Pier, he stated that they feel that Sept 8 hearing is important and newsworthy and they will be in the courtroom."

Course that doesn't mean Fox will actually air anything.

The New Jersey Magistrate Judge Schneider's commented that this case brought up a "serious constitutional issue" so he believed it was worth going forward with. Also Judge David Carter is taking seriously the case above mentioned by Taitz (she has several suits). He is quoted as saying "as a former Marine, I recognize the importance of having a constitutionally qualified president."

So we have a little hope.

New Law suit today for Captain Connie Rhodes, M.D., asking for proof of Obama's allegience before deploying to Iraq with him as her CiC.

"APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER

Plaintiff Captain Dr. Connie Rhodes has received what appear to be facially valid orders mobilizing her to active duty with the United States Army in Iraq on September 5th, 2009 (Exhibit A). Captain Rhodes is both a US army officer and a medical doctor, a flight surgeon. On May 15th of this year 501 brigade out of Fort Campbell, KY, currently stationed in Iraq, has requested a support of medical personal in Iraq. Two days ago, August the 23rd, an order was given through the chain of command via e-mail for Captain Rhodes to arrive in San Antonio TX, Fort Sam Houston for Tactical Combat Medical Care Course (TCMC) to be held from August 30th till September 4t and next day, on September the 5th to arrive in Fort Benning in Columbus GA for immediate deployment to Iraq for a period of one year and twelve days from September 5th, 2009 until September 17th 2010. Captain Dr. Connie Rhodes wants to serve her country and fulfill her tour of duty, however as a US army officer and a medical doctor she has severe reservations regarding legitimacy of Barack Obama as the Commander in Chief and repercussions of her service under his orders, particularly in light of mounting evidence of him having allegiance to other Nations and citizenship of Kenya, Indonesia and Great Britain."
 
That is the kind of thing that will force obama's hand.
You can't control anything if the military refuses to follow your orders.
For an officer to come forward and demand proof, tells me there are a LOT of enlisted that also want proof but are scared to come forward for fear of prosecution.
 
Interesting that Glenn Beck all week has been asking some questions the WH won't answer about why Obama has said "we can't rely on our military to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We have to have a civilian national security force that is just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded."

What does that mean???

Civilian force for what? Who is the enemy? We already know illegal immigrants are our friends and DHS has stopped ICE from deporting them and they're trying to stop Joe Arpaio.

We already know "terrorism" is a bad word and Muslims are our friends and Israel is not :rolleyes:. Terrorists are being read Miranda rights in the Middle East (per military over there). So illegals and terrorists can't be the enemy.

As one of his guests who's a staff sgt in the military pointed out, when Saddam lost support of the military, he mobilized the fedayin (sp?) that was loyal to him alone. Obama is obviously losing support of the military with so many, many military joining in these eligibility suits questioning is authority as CiC. (Now high-ranking military are suing, and I'm not just referring to the lady above).

AmeriCorps was just given half a Trillion dollars. We already know how he's recruiting for them. You work for AmeriCorp for TEN years and you get your college loans paid off.

If there's a "civilian army" as Obama says, are they accountable to local law enforcement, governors of states, etc.?

Case Update 30 Aug 2009: There are currently two motions before Judge Simandle and he is now late in ruling on both. The Defendents' Motion to Dismiss had a return date of 3 Aug 2009 and thus the Judge is 4 weeks late in that ruling. The Plaintiffs' Cross-Motion to grant leave retroactively to the Plaintiffs and allow the 2nd Amended Complaint to stand in the case and not be stricken had a return date of 17 Aug 2009 and thus the Judge is 2 weeks late in that ruling. And according to the federal rule on amending cases the regs say that the Judge should be very liberal in granting such leave. Thus making a decision on the second motion aforementioned should be rather easy for the Judge. But it appears that he is choosing to address them both together and is taking his time in doing it. There is nothing we can do to speed up a Federal Judge. Charles Kerchner, Lead Plaintiff.

Blue, Really interesting isn't it? I have been reading about this angle for the past couple days and it seems that it is all up in the air yet. Actually no one really knows for sure who he is, who his parents were or where he was born. I am beginning to think it's like I always heard. He wasn't born, a crow **** him on a stump and the sun hatched him. Amazing!!
 
Oh brother. Now Orly has gotten Lucas Smith to sign a Court Declaration yesterday under penalty of perjury that his copy of the BC is accurate and he paid someone off to get it. This certainly keeps everyone guessing. I wonder if WND was "baiting" Lucas to get him to prove he's not a fraud? Or maybe Lucas feels like perjury is no big deal because he can always blame the "corrupt official" he paid off to give him a false cert.

Ollie, what we have in our government is a society of thieves and liars; none willing to rat out the other for fear of being ratted in return because they ALL have skeletons that they dont want to be seen.
It is a sad state in this country when there is not a single congressman, senator, judge, or other elected official that has a clean enough background (or enough backbone to take the heat) to be willing to stand up and point the bony finger of the law at this administration.
My wife just bought a used and tattered book on the Revolutionary War...I think I'll use it for a tactical advantage in our fight against these tyrants!

The expedited trial has been set for Jan. 26, 2010, just 4 1/2 months from now!

I and many other concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing today in Federal Court in Santa Ana in the lawsuit against Barack Obama to determine his eligibility to be President and Commander in Chief. About 150 people showed up, almost all in support of the lawsuit to demand that Obama release his birth certificate and other records that he has hidden from the American people.

Judge David Carter refused to hear Obama’s request for dismissal today, instead setting a hearing date for Oct. 5, since Obama’s attorneys had just filed the motion on Friday. He indicated there was almost no chance that this case would be dismissed. Obama is arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can believe that. I guess Obama would prefer a “kangaroo court” instead of a Federal court! Assuming Judge Carter denies Obama’s motion for dismissal, he will likely then order expedited discovery which will force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely manner (if he has one).

The judge, who is a former U.S. Marine, repeated several times that this is a very serious case which must be resolved quickly so that the troops know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold that position and issue lawful orders to our military in this time of war. He basically said Obama must prove his eligibility to the court! He said Americans deserve to know the truth about their President!

The two U.S. Attorneys representing Barack Obama tried everything they could to sway the judge that this case was frivolous, but Carter would have none of it and cut them off several times. Obama’s attorneys left the courtroom after about the 90 minute hearing looking defeated and nervous.

Great day in America for the U.S. Constitution!!! The truth about Barack Obama’s eligibility will be known fairly soon - Judge Carter practically guaranteed it!

A California judge today tentatively scheduled a trial for Jan. 26, 2010, for a case that challenges Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president based on questions over his qualifications under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution.

If the case actually goes to arguments before U.S. District Judge David Carter, it will be the first time the merits of the dispute have been argued in open court, according to one of the attorneys working on the issue.

In a highly anticipated hearing today before Carter, several motions were heard, including a resolution to long-standing questions about whether attorney Orly Taitz properly served notice on the defendants, which she had.
