They should hang Bush like they did Saddam! He's killed way more innocent people then Saddam ever has!. Him and his dad will go down in history as the worst presidents EVER! Sent you into a unjustified war, killing thousands of young americans.Millions of innocent. Spent the federal reserve.......its gone! along with the the retirement savings of half of america. A sad fact that so many people absolutely forget about or choose to completely ignore. For that reason alone, Clinton should go down as one of the most irresponsible Presidents of all time. Who was playing golf while the attacks of 9-11-01 were being planned and they were training operatives...or was he getting a BJ under his desk.

Responsible people don't commit to giving money away when they cant even balance there own budget. And giving it to a hugely beaurocratic organization that supports itself as much as anything else is just short bus thinking. IMO
