It sucks on a Skidoo.I ran that stretch in January on my Khaos with the skis set to narrow. Super easy, so hopefully the turbo guys get it figured out.

Honestly not a lot just seems much crisper through the rpm range its like most aftermarket snowmobile stuff the cost per performance gain is rarely worth it I’m not doing a 900 on my next one. Had a friend ride it and a new matryx slash and said he thought the stock slash felt like it had more power then my 900 maybe Polaris has better mapping now.Does the 900 kit have much more power than stock?
Tks for confirming wat i was told already by a local dealership. Buruant called me out on his fb page for saying the cc kit was not worth the cost. Like a typical salesman he welcomed me to come try his sled.Honestly not a lot just seems much crisper through the rpm range its like most aftermarket snowmobile stuff the cost per performance gain is rarely worth it I’m not doing a 900 on my next one. i would say your 900 did not run right then. My experience with the 900 is a pretty substantial difference. Where you running enough rpm? The new mapping on the slash 850 is alot better than the axys 850s makes it alot crisper like the 900 like you stated.Honestly not a lot just seems much crisper through the rpm range its like most aftermarket snowmobile stuff the cost per performance gain is rarely worth it I’m not doing a 900 on my next one. I've ridden Cody Monroe's and Burandt's. They make a bunch more power than stock. I agree with you. This guy's isn't running right. 900 is the way to go for sure if you don't point and shoot straight up hills.i would say your 900 did not run right then. I will agree 100% with you. 90% of riders wouldn't know the difference between a turbo/NA/Skidoo/Polaris if they had a blindfold on. A local guy that posts on here is one of them. Claims to be a rider, has had turbos, etc. Been riding with him, NEVER saw anything out of him but a meadow ride. Another guy I know, same. Never seen him do anything but a fun run or drink in a meadow. I took some guys out from here (Snowest) years ago, they talked big, thought I was going to be in for a good challenging ride. All I heard was "can we go an easier way" andhad to get them un-screwed all day.Put 4.5 hours on the motor today. Is break in 10 hours over 5000 rpm? I can't find a break in meter on my worthless 7lb iPad strapped to the front ? There was 1 foot of new snow. Still the same, boat anchor. Today was much deeper and I will say going from steep down hills to sidehills and **** hooks back up the hill clogs the intakes. The intakes got clogged a lot today which also nerfs the power. Reading most you guys posts, I'm pretty sure you are going to think this to be the greatest sled you had ever ridden and tell my I'm an idiot for my review. I'm giving an expert rider level review that's not paid by Polaris. If you pack a six pack of Coors Light and high five your buddies at the top of hills, you are absolutely going to love this sled and thinks it's the bee's kneees. It goes up anything! On a side note the sled sat on the sled deck in a heated garage last night and instantly fouled a plug when I started it to unload at the snopark. Not something I'm worried about until break in is done.
Chadly, I think I speak for most of us when I ask the question we all really want to know: how can we become a expert-level rider such as yourself? Is there a class we can take, or is this something that can't be taught? Is it achieved by driving bright-colored lifted trucks? Or maybe just by demonstrating excessive humility on public forums and social media?Put 4.5 hours on the motor today. Is break in 10 hours over 5000 rpm? What is this “side hill” you mentioned?I ride with [mention]Chadly [/mention] and can sidehill on the right side, but struggling on the left[emoji23][emoji23] He’s the best instructor, he pays for Burandt and I get Buranmins lessons for free[emoji12]

Why the Monroe name dropping? Why associate him with Burandt and Kesterke? Not the same level. Monroe is a local joke. Almost every shop won't deal with him, he doesn't even try to buy local. He spent the night on the mountain this week for "guiding" a small group after he made a ****ty decision to drop into a drainage that had low snow. Heli has to get the sleds out. That doesn't have anything to do with his ability to ride. I have rode with him and he has skill. If you think otherwise then I would say your opinion doesn't mean much. I don't think people are bad riders because I don't get a long with them. ?? And if I recall you were one of the few on here that dodged me when I tried to get you to ride with me when I was in McCall for a week. I'm sure the posts are still here... You and TurboTerry who loves talking about his wife's sled ? I can't wait for your expert opinion on the Polaris booster. I'm all ears. Why the Monroe name dropping? The weight balance is definitely farther forward on any Slash model than it was on the Axys chassis - you see it clearly when forklifting them. And they seem to need more FTS pressure than what they come set at (not sure how that translates to your QS3 setup tho). Some people seem to like that because you can actually steer it a bit (as opposed to an Axys Khaos, say), but the more confident guys will likely want to make some adjustments. I think some suspension tweaking will help, but have not ridden a boost yet to comment on the feel.
So basically your an idiot or you don't know how to ride if you like your boost because I'm an expert rider!!!??? Maybe you should working on adjusting your suspension to get the sled to do what you want. There is always a learning curve to a new chassis. Especially this one with the added turbo.Put 4.5 hours on the motor today. Is break in 10 hours over 5000 rpm? I can't find a break in meter on my worthless 7lb iPad strapped to the front ? I don't think you read that right. I don't think anyone is an idiot. I said I would be called an idiot. I think the vast majority will think this is the greatest sled ever. There might be people I consider expert that really like the sled. It's just not my cup of tea. I prefer a much lighter sled over heavy with tons of power. This sled is a step back in my opinion. That's all I'm saying ?? I can't wait to get my NA Matryx Slash Pro so I can see if I like it better than the Axys Pro.So basically your an idiot or you don't know how to ride if you like your boost because I'm an expert rider!!!??? I appreciate your review only calling yourself an expert does sound pretty egotystical, true or not. Humble people are respected, great riders or not.
