det issues is a pita with this kit im running 2011 with drop in kit and head ethonal chip in and running 91 ethonal with 1 gallon of race and stiil throws a det code once in a while riding 7000 to 9000 ft yesterday going up ran fine up high ran like a top comming down last nite thru the code 5 times explain that this is frustrating the h--l out of me
Could u please post your boonie.box numbers, also wats your innovate afr? A brand or your own rigging?

i would bet its lean somehwere in the fuel mapping not due to comp but a lean condition, my 13 was having det and just adding fuel never had a problem agin 14-1 comp head 91 oct fuel
Tinker, your ele is a bit higher than mine 3/5000' so I will probably have to fatten up those numbers a bit, or did u add to those numbers for my elevation?

Tinker, ive got a boonie box commin with my kit, are there 2 types of boxes , some use 3 numbers the other use 6 numbers, is there a dif, or is one a newer modle? I don't know wat box Kelsey is gonna ship me, all I know is it's about 430$.
its gonna be the new one they are new for 13 and it has both the 5 and 13 rpms programmed in it i used the 5 to start with and then used the 13 to fine tune it from there its always in the 5 setting when you start the sled just push the select and left arrow at the same time and it putts you into the 13 rpm settings and gives you 6 throttle possition settings so you can really fine tune with this box, the 5 rpm settup has only 3 throttle possition settings its just a more broad way to tune it works great
Tinker, you seem to have a pretty good grip on wats goin on with this kit, when my kit arrives I'll get all the info I need from you lol, the last thing I want is tuning grief, I went through last year with my m8 turbo.
I was thinking about goin with a carls clutching kit as well, I don't know anything about thier stuff, but was maybe thinking usin it with this kit...
thanks tnk the reason i went with this kit is because rkt tech website says safe with eth fuel no controller needed on 2011 pro always tunning my m1000 my pro was pull and go till now anybody in utah with this kit what fuel works and where you buyin it thanks to all
The stock curve is scary lean in the bottom.....if ya do a DI kit, stay with stock compression or expect to run a controller.

He builds the "Dominator Kit"
RKT Drop In Kit, SLP Pipe/Can, PVC...he said from day one it needed more fuel.
I will be running this setup with MDS clutching at 9-12' for 3 days starting Wednesday of this week. I will be more then happy to share my results.
