need thoughts on problem

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello everybody i am trying to figure out a problem.
bogging real bad in the powder, but not all the time, mostly when carving to the right,
but has done it caving to the left, and going staight up a hill, owned sled for 5 years
and it did not do this for the first 3 years. I have read every thread i can find on this problem(and there are lots).
sled- 97 mountain max 700, power inc pipes, 159 track, baffle plate in air box removed,
no other mods.
this sled has a lot of kilometers on it 15000 actually so i figured i should do the top end
and meticulously check every thing else. End up replacing pistons, rings, cylinders, crank seals, all gaskets, water pump seal, water pump impeller, water pump drive shaft,
new packing in mufflers and primary clutch(totaly worn out got a bran new one).sled still ran good just the one problem
setup
gears 20/40 8 tooth drivers
primary spring yellow white yellow(newer style spring cap)
weights 8cr with 3.6g in first hole and .8g in second hole
secondary spring green at 70 degrees with 43 degree helix
carbs
main jets 137.5, pilot jets 55, jet needle 2.0, air screw or pwer screw 1 3/4 turns
After doing all this it still runs the same
so i figure the only thing i did not replace was the reeds, so i take them out and inspect them again they look all right except they do not seat on the cage, lifted a tiny bit at the tips,so i get a good deal on some v-force delta 2 reeds and put them in.
test ride- good pow day at first i am thinking man this thing rips now no sign of bogg
then towards the end of the day it starts, but not as bad, feels like one cylinder is not firing.
pull plugs one looks tiny bit wet(checked earlyer all looked good)hmmmmm?
so i figure i should pull the carbs again and make sure i got the float levels right.so i pull the carbs off and take a peek at the reeds through the carb boots and i find one completely missing hmmmm?pull the reeds out, two are cracked and the rest have the corners all frayed and two were in perfect condition.
I am a diesel mechanic but have no experiance solving two stroke problems.

So does anybody have any thoughts on this i got new petals and new stock ones(just in case)
and if its not snowing to hard on saturday i will be testing but if this does not fix my problem i am stumped also i added exhaust defector no change.
also the slightly wet plug was the cylinder with the broken reed petal, no engine damage petal just gone no pieces

Take a look at the tops of the pistons(especially the one that broke a reed). Could be detonation? Did it back fire when it bogs? I know a backfire can break a reed. Do the pipes get snow on them in the deep powder? That can cause them to loose heat. This could create a bog. Just some ideas.:beer;
