Need help low r's

Well, tore it down last night, broken ring on exhaust side, need a new head, two pistons, cylinders redone, i'm pissed, cylinders measured at 84.99 thou, and pistons, 84.44 thou, now that it way to much slop, 500 miles, thank u polaris, u r the way out.

I'd look into the pms kit since u are going to have it a part anyways. It's not that much more than just rebuilding it stock. Call Shawn because they have been going back to the 08 head on some sleds also. He said it just makes them rip and they seem to be having no problems.

I'm looking at that kit, but i don't know how it would work with a turbo set-up, just pisses me off, i come off of a turbooed 4, to a stock sled that won't stay together for 500 miles, completely stock.
 
Spokane pretty sure that mtntk that builds this kit build a turbo set up as well. They should be able to give the stats on that. But anything more reliable should be more reliable boosted or not i would think.
 
low rpm

I had a low rpm problem on my 08 after about 3 rides on the 2010 fix then it lost 200 rpm and i couldn't get it back cleaned and tried eveything no difference. then this year I went up to the hill and forgot to get gas so filled up at buddies with just regular fuel I have run 94 octane in it since i bought the sled ! after about a mile all my rpm came back. filled up with 91 the next ride and it still runs great and is pulling 8100-8250 rpm at about 4000ft
with 64's in the primary from 3-4000ft i get 8350-8400 rpm. it ran great the first 2 day's after the 2010 top end because I had a engine failure and got a complete new engine cases and all so the fuel was full of oil for the break in once it thinned out close to strait 94 it lost rpm because of the lower commpression I think it will not burn the higher octane.
 
Well i'm still waiting for weisco to send pistons to pms for the fix kit. Get the feeling that they are a little ways behind on orders. Guessing the things are selling like hot cakes. In the mean time i sent my ecu to pms and had them go back to the original 08 flash. Im still running the power addiction head with slp pipe and intake. Noticed a difference right away. Sled pulls way harder and runs more consistant with 08 flash. Still wont pull the full rpms but i gained almost 200r's with changing nothing but the flash. Can't wait until this things pulls like it should, sled was already way more fun to ride. PMS has been outstanding to work with and the amount of info that i have gotten on these sleds has been well worth the price of the kit and the waiting.
