Yes this sucks but had similar with Handle Bar switches and Exhaust Temp Probe of course you'll need the Digital Wrench to ck the ETP mine was SSLLOOWWW to respond??

Well guys, thanks for all the good input.
The sled is going to the dealer to get checked out.
I don't have the tools to check some of the parts out. I feel that it is going to be either the fuel pump, ECU, or air or exhuast sensor.
I'll keep you guys posted.

Is the fuel pump assembly replaceable or would I have to replace the tank/pump assembly?

Polaris will try to tell you that you will have to buy a whole new tank assembly. But if you can get the pump you can install it your self I did. My ecu on my sled gave me weird problems.

Got the sled back from the dealer. After 12 hours of shop time the problem was the ECM. It was in "test mode" and needed to be reflashed.

Good deal..never heard of a test mode either..but as long as your up and running thats great..

have you ridden after they flashed it?

I bought the motor complete with ecm from Polaris, it has the updated 32mm crank.
My brother picked it up from the dealer and he said it is working well.
The dealer checked out a bunch of stuff and everything was good. They said they hooked up the digital wrench and the ecm was in test mode. They reflashed the ecm and now it is working properly.

What is test mode? Never heard of that.

Some of the new ECU`S dont have a fuel map flashed,so you can
only idle with them.
