Mt Baker riders/locals, need a favor

After that we can play Follow the leader, with a Cat in the lead we should have no problem making tracks all over the mountain. Us fools on Ski Doon'ts can just try to follow in your tracks. Can't wait.

It'll be a new thing for me....most people start crying 20 minutes into a ride with me.

With all the fresh just finding the sled could turn into a "Wheres Waldo" situation....:beer;

Maybe sell tickets for $500 each, once 20 are sold fire the starting gun for finders keepers....:P

Y

You know.....that sounds like a pretty good way to sell a sled!

Cryin' shame

I was. All that fresh untracked in the alpine, and we gotta spend half the day working on a shortcut that'll save 10 minutes. It brought a tear to my eye.

We'll see you and Gravy at the trailhead on Monday, right?

Did winter brew get the sled out?? As deep as it was--I am sure it was a all day ordeal if they got it out.

Good thing I was not there--My battery went dead and so did the sled:(

I had the exact same problem last weekend - plus the R2 relay....

Could not get the stupid thing to start--tried everything--even bypassed the relay's--No Go!! A Tow out---Gotta like them AC's--good for towing out dead sleds--LOL
Got home--Hit it with the battery charger--pulled it and away she went--checked volts in battery==10.3V after charging all night the night before--with it running--14.4 volts. I will be getting a spare relay though--Battery on tuesday. Heck--I got almost 3 seasons out of the battery.

Only 2 of us even got to the sled!! Towed it a ways to a clearing (after beating a nice hiway) where the chopper can find it. The sled was nothing but a 16" tall bump in the snow. Then we burned a tank and headed home....head hung low in defeat.:(
