MotoTrax Q&A

Good Morning everyone,
I'm very sorry for the delayed response, our entire crew has been out of the office and in the shop working diligently at getting kits assembled and packaged for shipping. As an attempt to make things cheaper and easier for our customers we use UPS ground to ship out our kits. This allows us to ship directly to your door at a flat rate. The only down side to this is our carriers can only pick up a few kits at a time. So, as an attempt to put everyone at ease we have received all the parts we were waiting on from suppliers, kits are being assembled and prepared for shipment, and the shipping process is rolling along. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding and ask that you remain confident that we are doing everything to get kits out as soon as possible! If you have any other questions or concerns please contact us us directly at 1-800-378-6957 at any time and we will help you in any way possible.

Yep I asked specifically about my order number they said ship the end of this week.. again.....if not I really might have to reconsider ...making me uneasy...

Just wanted to post a few pictures to re-assure you guys that we are indeed building and shipping kits as fast as we can. Again, our crew is working day and night to get caught back up. The supplier delays that we faced were completely unforeseen and all we can do is keep pressing forward. We really appreciate your patience and understanding, and again ask that you continue to have faith that we are doing everything we can to get your kits to you.

If what you say is true you need to fix your shipping process. It seems as though you are passing along part of the blame to UPS saying they can't handle your output. If you are building 10 kits a day and your shipper can only handle 4 kits, you need find a new solution. This is a really poor excuse.

If I were to order a kit today, what is the current lead time from order placement to order shipment? If it is 2 weeks, maybe I'll wait a month to order because I do not need my kit until January. If it is 6 weeks, I better order now.

I agree that was a poor excuse, and I apologize for my poorly worded response. I was attempting to shed light on our shipping process not blame UPS for the delays. Since that response was posted we've changed our shipping process so more kits can leave our facility at a time. We are currently shipping approx. 30 units a week and things are moving much smoother. Honestly, the demand for our product has been much larger then we had originally predicted so we are making the necessary changes within our production department to meet that demand. So, to answer your question, our current lead time is 3 weeks on new orders.

Simmer down, your not on the board of directors! Quit making demands!
Your still on the fence AND only a POTENTIAL customer... Those that got in early and sacked up and purchased a kit have the right to a say.
and ... Good things come to those who wait
