Modify your Pro track?

very happy with the mod on my track, just cut tips off no screws hooked up a lot better and dont think gonna have problem in the pow.

another happy f bomb track mod peep, saved my bacon on setup snow

I see you are from MT. My biggest concern with this mod is that it may be great in set-up or wet snow, how does it perform in the dry "cold smoke" that we all live for in the Northern Rockies? I have always thought the stock Polaris track works phenomenal in the really deep dry powder days, even better than the hallowed camo extreme in my opinion. Personally I would rather sacrifice a little bit of performance on terrible snow days in order to have stellar performance in deeeeep snow days.

^^^^I agree.... I think the 5.1 stock works better than a lot of people give it credit for on really deep days.
The reason (IMHO) the track works so well in real deep snow... is because the tips of the paddles do bend over slightly to give you lift ... to get up on top of the snow.
I don't doubt that this mod works great on hard pack.... or setup snow.

I just don't want to lose any deep snow performance. I pretty much only ride deep days.
