There is a great riding location near Uptown in Minneapolis. Great chutes to test out your new turbo....

Go up to Hibbing and kick out some gnarly tree riding on the giant tailings piles. Haystack Island in Lake Alexander is pretty rad too....

we used to ride the back side of MT KATO out side of mankato but that was in the 70s

The best mountains to ride there are the mountains in CO, UT, MT, WY, OR, WA, CA, and really anywhere but in MN. Have fun!

I would also add NH, ME, VT to that list. All MN is good for is one of my best friends of all time and giving people a cheap place to live away from the mountains.

If there was mountains in Minnesota, it would have saved me a lot of diesel over the years.

There are a few fun spots to ride around the Duluth area... I used to ride a set of power lines just south of Duluth that had hills as steep as anything as I have ever ridden out west... BUT small area with small pulls... had a blast out there on my old Elan!

Haven't been back there in a few years though... could be closed off.

Either way, nothing compares to the mountains.

What no mountain in minnesota but I know I saw mountains watching a little House on the Prairie growing up. They are somewhere between Walnut Grove and Sleepy Eye I know this because I saw it on TV. Still haven't found them

There is a MN section on Sno"west"? Wow.. Snowest really is moving East.

The only thing like mtns in MN were the few ski"hills" that I've seen.
