I recently heard the whole story of McCain in the vietnam war and what he went through being a p.o.w. WOW. Now my question is this. What kind of message would we be sending to our servicemen if we didn't elect him for president. In my opinion he has given everything he possibly could for our country and is a TRUE PATRIOT. He has EARNED my vote and respect. I wonder...what would Obama do if he was put in the same situation??? I think that level of courage and honor is rare in people these days and we should support anyone who has spent most of his life (and literally went to hell and back) serving and fighting for our country.

you have to be born/raised and instill that kind of patriotism into you, i really don't think obama got that kind of learnin from whomever raised him, this politic stuff is a job he can do without havin to work at it, remember he has never had a job that wasn't paid by the taxpayer or involved physical labor, how is he to know what it is like to stand up for anything????????????

Man with a history like that you would think McCain would be all about the soldiers, but he was against a bi-partisan bill that would expand the benefits (free college) for returning soldiers?

It will be great to see the candidates on both sides at the debates so we can finally here from their own mouths were they stand on the important issues.

Mccain / Palin - a war hero and a milf.... what more could you ask for? now if only one of them was married to a snowmobile racer.... hmmmm that would be the bomb!

OOPS...just realized I posted this in the wrong fourum...If anyone knows how, move it to f.p. However maybe I'll just mention the hottie v.p. pick and that should be relevant to this forum because she will probably be the first person in the white house that even knows what a snowmobile is!!!:D

obouma reminds me of hitler...the german people thought of him the same way people for obouma do. they treat him like a celeb. and he is a snooth talker and knows how to convince people but in reality he is just a POS ready to F ya when you turn your back....just like Adolf Hitler.... jmho

I am in no way a Natzi, but Obama is, nor ever will be in the same league as Hitler. Hitler was seriously screwed up in his ideals, but he took a nation in dier economic and social stress and turned it into one of the greatest world powers in a very short timeframe. He got the people of Germany to unite, even though for a morbid cause. I am not saying by any means Hitler was right, but you have to admire his accomplishments when it comes to turning a country around.

Obama could never even come close to doing anything remotely comparable to this. He wants to drive us deeper into recesion by raising taxes and hurting the businesses. He is against drilling, which we need to do so that we can move forward. Yes we need alternative energy, but we also need oil NOW!.
Hell, Obama can't even commit to making a decision. Who votes "Present"? The Presidency is too critical for indecision.

McCain / Palin is what we need..... Drill Baby Drill, and let me keep some of the hard earned money I work for.

totally agree but i was just thinking of the speach aspect of hitler and obama when i wrote that.

tudizzle and others that are thinking of voting for Obama - please answer me this one question:

-how could you possibly consider voting for a Democrat, especially a VERY liberal Dem, that would love nothing more than to shut down snowmobiling in every possible area? It blows my mind that if you seriously love this sport that you could support someone that would love nothing more to give the enviro-zealots even more traction in shutting down our sport. Don't kid yourselves people - Clinton years saw the loss of a lot a great riding spots and Billy wasn't have the extreme-leftist that Obama is.

PLEASE share with the rest of us your thoughts on voting for Obama. I want to see how some among can justify voting for such a person.

Sledding is of great importance to me and I am passionate about the sport. But it is one of many issues to consider when deciding on a President

I am still undecided and will certainly not base my decision on one issue. I do find the humor in the pics you can find on the net though!

I am a father of 3 daughters and I would like them to have control over their own bodies. McCain/Palin both support overturning Roe v. Wade. Palin herself mistakenly used the word "choice" when discussing the decision her daughter made to keep her baby. I think my daughters should have that same choice.

My family would be taxed greater under Obama since we fall into the upper 2% that he wants to tax. Ding against Obama.

My Father is in the insurance biz and they punched McCain's numbers into one of those charts to see what his risk to insure would be. No company would insure him because the risk of him dying in the next 4 years is soooo great.

Stem cell research is also of great importance to me since I know many people who could benefit from the potential advancements in science. I would like to know exactly where each candidate stands on this subject.

And the list goes on......

But like I said I anticipate the debates where real issues can be discussed from the mouths of the cadidates not from some blogger that lets his emotions rule his keyboard.

fixed it for ya ;)

Not one attack on our soil since 911. Bill Clintons tax hikes reversed! Capital gains tax reduced! And Al Gore NOT secretary of the EPA. Ill take 7 more years of that please. Throw in a little reforming and were good to go!

Sad thing is most of these Morons who hate Bush dont even know why they hate him.

silly logic.....then we should be anti-republican because the only terrorist attack on the US was under their watch?

Al Gore=tool I'll agree with ya there! ;)

7 more years of the same....just change stuff(reform)? What the?
