Loving the bike man pipe.

Yup Im running the bmp pipe, I added 2g to the tip of my 71g base slp mtx. And picked up 100-150 rpm. On the first time with it on. I now have 3g over stock 77g total. Going out tomorrow and I think this will be the right rpm 8350-8450 rpm.. I'm also in eth mode with this pipe. Not sure if I can use 91. I'm at 2000-5000'. First pipe I'm happy with on a polaris.

Mine with bikeman pipe would take a stock sled by 5-6 sled lengths every time we raced and did it for about 25 tries against cats skidoos and came out ahead by 5&6 lengths every time and there pipe does not increase the noise so how is it all loud and no show

Ya. I think there is something up that story

When you can just put a pipe on and get 400 more rpms on the hill it's building power not noise.

All I know I could never keep up with my buddy on his axys both 163 X 2.6 both have the same clutching but I was 1g less then him stock. I weigh 40lbs. more. I would be about 3 mph less always.. with the pipe and adding 3g I climb faster now. Could not see the guage to much snow, but for sure I picked up hp and mph.. I'm happy. And if it did not work I have no problem telling everyone I wasted my money so don't waste your cash.

The new 800 motor really likes the pipe. 400 rpms just with pipe is a real good bolt on product. Bolting on head next looking forward to doing the 860 kit.

Anyone else using bikeman set up?

Yes, Im running their stage 3 kit. I don't want to hijack this thread so you can read it later. I stage tuned it on the dyno with each upgrade to see if it was worth it. It defiantly was! The axys is a "fun" sled stock, this kit just makes you grin ear to ear that much more:) Man does it pull hard! The smaller muffler sounds a lot meaner, I wish I wasn't old or Id have that one to save a few more lbs, but Im really happy with their full velocity muffler!

So I have a mildly tuned up 800 ax. Seems to work pretty well. After getting the clutch working pretty well mines happy spot is 8200/8250. Does the pipe move he happy spot up to 8400?

Anyone having the cracking issues with this pipe like the SLP? And does anyone have a video of sound of the powderlite can? I had just the powderlite can on my pro when they first came out and it was crazy loud. I am considering selling my SLP setup and going with bmp.

I haven't had any problems with mine and I check out everything after each ride. I do have a short video of a friend riding mine up a hill. He's not going fast, but you can hear the BMP pipe and Full velocity can. I can't figure out how to load it?

I also have had no issues with mine at all either 550 miles on it and pulls hard I never ran a SLP but the bmp definitely pulls alot harder than stock and yes the powder lite muffler is still super loud but u can run any muffler on it I have a bmp on another sled too 1800 miles on that one with no cracking and no issues on axys from 1000 feet to 10000 feet with det issues in non ethanol mode switch from slp u will be happy

Kind of had a problem with mine today. Was in the 4000-5500' and hitting det. Only because I was running 8600-8700 rpm, with 77g slp and 120/320 spring. Lol. Put my mds weights in with 71.5 g and the same 120/320.brought it down to 8400-8600. Still to much. By the way the mds pull soooooo much better then the slp.

I agree from sounds the bmp will pull a fair bit more weight than SLP I had 68mds in with 1 in heal 2 in tip at west yellowstone and still would pull 85-8600 so adding more weight when heading back out in February at home in Wisconsin today have mtx 74 gram with one in heel 2 in tip and still 8500 so gonna add more here also u like the mds weights better

I have always been a loyal customer to SLP, but this thread is making think hard about a bike man set up.
