yeah i tried that , it never went through. now i dont know about the size cause i just download from camera to computer. is there a way to change sizes too..... i feeel stupid right about now.

Just curious if it was someone I knew. Hated to see someone damage their sled like that, especially when I didn't have my camera ready. ;)

I did catch Doug rolling his wifes sled down the same hill though. :p I don't know if anyone else had cameras out but I'm pretty sure I provided plenty of entertainment with a couple complete rollovers and one ghost ride to the bottom of the hill.

Quote How do I post multiple pics on one post.

You need to have all the pictures hosted on a server that is always hooked to the internet. Once the pics are on that server, you can just use the [Image] picture url here [/Image] tags.

Sign up with monty pics, and follow these instructions...

-->
When you view your picture in Montypics you need to copy the address that it shows underneath the pic you are viewing.

Hilight the text, (will look something like this... http://pics.montypics.com/bgreen/200...reak_Time2.jpg ) and right click, Copy.

Then come to the board, click post or reply, depending on what you want to do, then click the Image Button at the top of the reply/post text box. Now paste the text into the popup box, and hit ok.

edit: this only works from the screen that comes up when you have just uploaded a new pic.

so now you can do this...

log in to your account at Montypics, then click the album of the photo's you want to post on the board. Find the pic you want, and copy the text under the thumbnail with the above mentioned method.

Now look at the date of the album, and write that down exactly as it appears.

Come here, hit post or reply, and click the image button.

now type in http://pics.montypics.com/youruserna...albumdatehere/ then right click next to the text you just typed and hit paste.

lol.. i guess he banged that kitty up pretty good huh. although with that amount of snow its kinda hard unless you pull a (johnny bravo) he likes to jump and land ontop of poor inocent trees.

Ya, he was throwing parts of the sled down the hill as he stumbled down the hill. He didn't look very happy.

Should have bought a cat. Hurry, it may not be too late to get your money back. LOL! Just kidding. It looks like it was off the hook.:beer;

Hah Ha you could be right ak m8 but I just need a couple of thousand miles and I'll be alright , maybe for my second sled I will get a longer track. I've heard arguments for both short and long whats the general consensus out there. I got a 136 and have seen riders do more with less. Oh and by the way lost lake was sick!!!

hows is the trail? Is there any snow at the base of the primrose trail?

The trail is (was on Sunday) in poor shape for the first mile or so up to the first clearing.. A few bare dirt spots, exposed tree roots, etc... Just go easy on it with the roost button, especially in the lower area. Hopefully it'll stay open! Above the cabin, I've never seen so much snow up there!
:D

Fast Firehouse of Long Primrose?

I'm heading down friday with a group of 8 and need some advice: Iv'e ridden both firehouse and primrose and all times the trails were in good condition with fresh snow, but this weekend we have a couple guys that have only ridden a handful of times. Is the firehouse trail in good enough condition for some semi- newbies or is it worth taking the long bumpy primrose trail? None of these guys are bad riders or anything, they just havent been put into any extreme situations yet. I dont want to point them in the wrong direction but really hope to avoid 7 miles of primrose? Any imput would be helpful....Thanks.

I would go up Fireman's. You go up first. If the 1st hill is icy, slide back down and rider their sleds up it and have them walk it. It's only a few hundred yards. Beats the beating on Primrose to me.:D

I would take firehouse just to save time. It will give them a sense of acomplishment when at the top.

or it will take you 4 hours to get up it lol lol

(dont laugh- just ask akm8 ;) about it)

:beer;:beer;:beer;:beer;

either way its up to u :D

Take them up Primrose. If the Firehouse side is sketchy they will blow what snow is on the trail away. There is plenty of ice, rocks and tree roots below the little snow that is there. I am selfish

dont take any short tracks.just got a phone call from a local in seward.since sunday they recieved 4 feet at the cabin.took them three hours to break trail that far.like riding threw a tunnel.bring a big shovel.

Im a newbie and firehouse trail was the first place I ever rode. Been up there about five times and the only time I got stuck was last week up high in the powder...

i say short track and newbies at primrose, we want that trail to stay open as long as possible. there is just too much snow up there to waste for nice spring rides. (no snow on trail- no ride)...right.
