Can you all ride LL on Thursday?
Would LOVE to ~ ~ ~ but I have to work... two jobs during tax season
I am lucky if I get to ride both days on the weekend... but I dream about it all the time

sorry to hear that ultrarider, it lasted twice as long as an average skidoo. Sunday was a great day. We got a late start and didn't start riding until 12:30 and were out of gas by 4:30. Only stopped once to put our jerry jugs in. I'm still sore, havent rode that hard all season. Sorry only got a couple of scenic pics at our one stop and no action photos. I'll get some good ones next time (hopefully thursday). Will post the scenic pics tomorrow.
Yeah LL on Thursday sounds good, let me know when and where to meet. Leaving for Turnagain now if anyones interested, driving a lifted green ford.

Real tempting, post where you guys are gonna meet I need a day of good riding. If you don't mind an "old" guy tagging along.
Well im headed to lost lake or carter lake trail head saturday... are we even allowed to go up carter lake trail head? Its like 4-5 miles towards seward from the Y. Anyone know what its like up there? It will be the last trip for my machine then its up for sale. thanks
headed down there for the weekend , so I'm gonna pass on thursady.

Yeah, Sunday was Awesome!!! Thanks Ultrarider (TIM) for giving us a great tour AGAIN much better weather tis time!!!....too bad about the sled...that was a bummer but like mentioned before..she lasted twice as long as a ski dont...Thanks to you wife for letting you use her sled the rest of the day!!!. heres some pics, vid to come....

m7_man, yes, it is legal currently to go up carter/cresent lake. I haven't been up there lately though so I can't tell you how the snow is. As good as Lost Lake was, I would assume it would be good also.
