Lost Lake?

Nice meeting alot of you guys, and shwee! Had a blast other than the trail but thats to be expected. It was snowing alittle when we left this morning but nothing to get excited about. Hopefully it keeps coming down so we can get back up there.

Nice pics Greg!

Oh for sure! That sled is very impressive for a two stroke and thanks on mine. I will let him get nitrous in the bottle and ill crank mine up and we will see what happens but it will be close im sure.

Im just kinda dissapointed i couldnt see the 2 stroke turbos run. Been waiting along time to see them finally go and.......... well sensitive subject so i will just drop it, lol

Give them time. 1st real ride for either of them. I have no doubt that they will get them both running in time. I'm sure yours didn't run like it does right after you bolted it on. I too want to see what they can really do. Too bad about Dougs.

Thanks for posting those pix Greg here's the one and only pic that I got on Friday of Tuck (tsnoak) huckin' that fader. I need a better camera, eh?

Yeah great pics Katz and Tookes. Nice little drop-away hit right there

Thanks guys, we ride together soon I'll bring the pro media setup and get both crews pics.

Towed the sled out today and just want to give a big thumbs up to the fellow snowesters that left my sled the same way it was when i left it. Had a buddy that left his in turny and we came back to a parts sled. I wooried all night to only see my baby sitting there today untouched!! And holy cow what a ride coming down the ice chute tied to a friend!! They should have that ride at the fair!!

Bad deal about dougs for sure. Its too bad he was given the wrong spring, its not fun hearing plugs pop out of cylinders thats for sure. Thats the joy of a fourstroke though, from initial bolt on of all my kits,all i have ever done is clutching, maybe playing with fuel.

My 600HO runs pretty good, with just a can

And how big did YOUR eyes get when that corner was coming up fast while sliding down on the luge run :confused: I think that was the biggest adrenelin rush of the day!!!

I might get lucky.......one cylinder, one piston, I already have different domes. The turbo looked perfect, zero dings or marks, blade tip to housing clearances looked good. May send it in for them to inspect, we'll see after some phone calls tomorrow. Andrew,,, Do I get a spare belt and a cover if I buy a Nytro?? LOL!:beer;

Nice meeting you this weekend Doug, hope you get off easy on the motor rebuild. And the turbo rebuild! $$...get yourself a good exhaust screen while you're at it. See you out there

On a side note it seemed like I couldn't get my Aero setup to stop Deto'ing in the midrange throttle area till I mounted a small fuel nozzle in the turbo...evap cooling was the ticket in my case.

Sounds better than the story on the hill yesterday Doug. :beer;

My tube from the ebc to the airbox had a small piece of plastic in it and was plugged. It must have either sucked or blown itself out of the airbox on the trail in. :o

Did you blow it up in the trees going up Fireman? A guy just below us was making a run when he lost a cylinder.. Was that you??

Good meeting you too. I will be asking about the things you mentioned tomorrow when I call about my turbo.

Did that fix your issue? Good meeting you two. We need to get our stuff running for sure. Was that LiveAlaska there with you all at Trail lakes Lodge?

Yes the ride down the hill was by far the biggest rush of the weekend.:eek::eek: We should have pulled the otter sled out from under the track before going down that luge but we had a 150ft rope tied to the sled and as you know he was around 2 turns ahead of me the whole way out. VERY SCARY!!! But we are all safe and sound. My M7 is coping with the abandonment issues but we will work them out!:D
Good to see a bunch of you guys up there hope to see you again!!
