Be nice now, she is my sister in law. I'd hate to have to knock some heads. Shes not just a pro-racer, she is an international champion.

Your right, Alaskan Girls do rock! Carly is a wonderful person, very humble, kind, and a lot of fun to be around. Google her name and you'll see several good articles about her racing career.
The old parking lot was big enough to turn a 4 place around IF no one else was there LOL... the new lot is up a bit further on the right and can easily fit 20 rigs with trailers. The problem this past week has been the road getting up there. A lot of rain and warm temps have reeked havoc on the road ~ very slick still with glaciation. Lot of guys tried it Sun/Mon and couldn't even make it up to the parking lot.
For those going up Firehouse and Prim ~ please let off the throttle just a little bit on the trail in spots where it is already trenched/iced up ~ it only makes it worse for the next guy. Thanks![]()

Matt-
I doubt your truck/trailer (read: Train) will be able to move through the firehouse parking lot. It's blocked off by 11am usually.
A shorty will be fine, snow is setting up already, some friends went yesterday.
What about Primrose? Is there room there and do you access that trail by taking the primrose spur road?
Another fun day at LL with my son and a friend. Blue Bird sky's and mid 20's temps. The snow is really setting up but there is plenty of untouched area for all of you to play in on Saturday/Sunday. We went up Primrose again and it was real bad. A couple of icy spots but doable. Hope you all have fun this weekend!![]()
