I'm a fellow believer and i would ride anyone of you any time. I'm in idaho and
Man, I hope that's a typo!
If we could get a group of god fearing riders together and start to get our friend that aren't christians involved with the group I think it would be an awsome ice breaker for us sharing his word with them.
The whole Idea is to spread his word and if I help you with your friend and you help my friends and they bring more peolpe together we end up with a giant snow ball effect and thats the whole Idea right. no pun intended there about the snow ball HAHA
Recognize your own words?
And tell me again how you're only interested in riding with other "Christians" and not setting others up for some kind of Jesus ambush?
There have been a few different threads on this 4M over the years about members who want to ride with other "Christians" and those threads never sparked the debate yours did because they didn't add the part about "start to get our friend that aren't christians involved with the group I think it would be an awsome ice breaker for us sharing his word with them."
That's what started the argument.
I work with and (Used to) ride with a few VERY christian folks who are extremely pushy with their self righteous, holier than thou beliefs so I know what CAN happen.
It has ruined some good freindships along the way because they can't seem to comprehend leaving well enough alone. Not everyone wants to hear it.
Just because I believe in evolution does not mean I worship the devil.
I'm no threat to your church so leave me the &%# alone.
I lost a sister to the CULT of the Mormons and a brother to the born again's. so youll pardon me if I'm not interested in any of it.
Dont tell me religion is just about worship, brotherhood and eternal peace. It's also about building your ranks. This is a fact.
More people in history have died in the name of religion than ANY other cause.
Live your life, I'll live mine. DO NOT preach to me because my beliefs are as strong as yours.
BTW You brought this on yourself by adding the part of "Inviting non believers to spread the word"
Otherwise I would ride with you anytime.
We won't have time to discuss anything!
I know this is an offensive post to many, I'm sorry to you all but I felt I had to defend my earlier reply. Normally I don't discuss religion at all and I respect your right to believe what you will.
PEACE
We are a family of 4 I have a 6 and 9 year old when we go out as a family yes its 60% trails and 40% powder and playing.
the other answers is.
I mostly ride with guys from work but want to just get connected with other christian families.
I do ride with a group of peolpe that aren't much on the christian belief and our ideas and I try to set a good example of how christ would be in that atmoshire.
we all need help and encouragement from time to time from our fellow believers and that is all I'm we are looking for.

This post wreaks of your self-righteousness. People are not looking for your help here. Admin., please get rid of these types of threads before Snowest goes down the tubes.
Maybe you guys could put a super lightweight titanium alloy "Jesus Fish" on your sleds, might even add a few horsepower.
so... this is not a bad thread. i think it gives a good chance for someone to share that they are looking to ride with people of similar faith and beliefs. I don't consider this "religious" or "pushy" either. He's passionate about his faith, so what's different then any one of us pushing our love for this sport on others that don't? Or how is it any different than any of you guys or gals that pushy about NOT believing? There's no difference is there?
The way people get bent out of joint about someone sharing about Christianity makes me ever more encouraged that it's the TRUTH. Lot's of power in the name of Jesus i guess. Just my take anyway.
I personally try to look at this a little different. I just do my best to live my life like Christ calls us to in His "book." I'll share my faith if you ask me about it, and i'm not ashamed to answer questions. But I aint here to judge you or think i'm better than you. The only thing different between me and a guy who doesn't believe is that i've accepted that I'm forgiven. I'm surely not any better than anyone else. Too bad other's feel it's OK to judge.
As for drinking and swearing - knock yourself out. Just don't drink and ride with me. That's has nothing to do with faith either - it's just stupid to put my life in someone's hands who's drinking. Plenty of time for beers at the cabin or home.
