It was deep yesterday. Finally seemed like winter again. Good day except for the Pro that's still in there missing a motor...

Had 2 buddies go into Williams yesterday. Went 80 miles. Burned a LOT of gas.
Handlebar deep.

glad you pricks are getting out and doing some riding for those of us who are stuck working on the weekends!!! hopfully ill be able to get out in a week or two and let the turbo sing a little tune to me.

update on my buddy chad! he had 4 vertebrae fused in his back, some plastic surgury, was up and WALKING the day after his surgury AND was released from the hospital yesterday! he is expected to make a full recovery with full mobility in his back and be able to work and lift the way before his accident! thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers! i know they have helped him heal crazy fast!

Glad Chad is on his feet. GREAT to hear that.

In addition to my buddies ride report from yesterday...They made it back to the fuel drop off tree and split the 3 or so gallons between them. One (an XP) ran dry a little while later. One was almost dry (08 Dragon) and the third (13 Pro) still had SOME in it. They consolidated all the rest of the gas into his and he high-tailed it to the Lochsa Lodge to fill his sled and the gerry cans.

Turns out he was just enough to make it back to the Lodge.
He returned with 15 gallons between the 3 of them....needless to say they came out in the dark. LOL

So in other words...my buddies went 80 miles on about a tank and a half. That's 17 gallons of fuel.
